"What the hell, Peter?! You shot him in the eye!"
Quagmire after Peter carelessly shoots Joe's eye with a BB gun

  • In "Brian: Portrait of a Dog", Peter mails Richard Dean Anderson a rubber band, paper clip, and drinking straw in the hopes that he'll MacGyver something to save Brian from being executed. The most he can do with them is make a sort of slingshot, but he hits himself in the eye with the rubber band when he pulls it back.
  • "Lois Kills Stewie":
    • In Stewie's DVD-exclusive song, one of his targets is the guy at every Thanksgiving who believes in the myth that the tryptophan in turkey makes you sleepy. While the guy is sleeping, Stewie stabs him in the eye with a turkey bone.
    • During their fight, Lois claws out Stewie's eyes, but he apparently can see fine later.
  • A couple of Peter's cutaway flashbacks also use this, such as the one where Peter is on a submarine, messes with the pressure knob instead of turning on the radio, and the eyes of all the submariners pop out of their sockets.
  • In one cutaway they're hanging out with a big-horned demon from Legend (1985) whose horns accidentally jab Quagmire in the eye and rip out one of Cleveland's.
  • In "Lottery Fever", Peter, suffering from Acquired Situational Narcissism after winning the lottery, demands that Quagmire and Joe do whatever he wants. The last straw for them is when he makes them perform in a vaudeville act while he shoots at them with a BB gun and shoots Joe's eye out. When Peter later tries to apologize to them after losing his fortune, Joe points out that he had to get a glass eye.
  • In "A Hero Sits Next Door", Lois tells Bonnie that someone lost an eye at bingo last week. A Cutaway Gag shows the bingo caller pull out a ball, announce it (yes, it's an I-ball), then drop it...and then he puts his eye out on the corner of the table when he bends over to retrieve it.
  • In "When You Wish Upon a Weinstein", when Lois tells Meg that she doesn't think laser eye surgery is safe, it's followed by a Cutaway Gag of Luke Skywalker trying to perform an incision on a woman's eyes using his lightsaber. When Obi-Wan tells him to use the Force, he ends up shoving it through the patient's eye and out the back of her head.
  • In "Fast Times at Buddy Cianci, Jr. High", Stewie lets out a fart that causes one of his blood vessels to break, filling his eye with blood.
  • In "Road to Rupert", after tracking Rupert down to a house in Colorado after Brian accidentally sold him, Stewie challenges the owner to a ski race for ownership of both Rupert and Brian. During the race, Stewie gets overconfident and crashes, but later has his butler throw tea in the guy's son's eyes to distract him while Stewie and Brian make off with Rupert.
  • In "Meg and Quagmire", we're treated to fangirls going stark-raving bonkers at the Teen Choice Awards; one of them rips out her eyeballs.
  • In "April in Quahog", Peter tries crystal meth and rips out one of his eyeballs because it was "bugging him".
  • In "Hannah Banana", when Chris baits Peter with a hat and crushes his head between two logs, it cuts to Peter in the aftermath and one of his eyes is hanging out of a now-broken lens on his glasses.
  • In "Quagmire's Baby", as Bitch Stewie and Bitch Brian enter the latest phase of Clone Degeneration, the former's left eye comes loose and hangs out of its socket.
  • Near the end of "A Fistful of Meg", Brian retaliates against Peter's constant gross-out pranks by shaving himself and forcing Peter to feel his hairless body. When Chris sees Brian in this state, he's so disgusted that he claws his own eyes out.
  • "Lois Comes Out of Her Shell":
    • One of Stewie's turtle Sheldon's evil acts is replacing Peter's glasses with forks. Somehow, he's initially unable to tell the two apart.
Peter: (forks shoved into his eyes) Okay, who replaced my glasses with forks? I mean, they're really good for seeing forks, but not for much else.
    • Peter has a website where it's implied he once accidentally sprayed paint in Stewie's eyes because he's asking how to get it out.
  • In "Peternormal Activity", an extended cutaway of a pitch for a movie about a haunted bar of soap has Quagmire's character dying when a T-shaped piece of a banister comes loose and falls into his eye. Later, Stewie gets tired of Brian using a pair of glasses to make himself look smart, so he hits Brian with a baseball bat and shatters the glasses, causing the shards to get in Brian's eyes.
  • In "The New Adventures of Old Tom", as part of his attempt to act Totally Radical to one-up the young new anchorman, Tom Tucker tries to tattoo "Coachella" on the bridge of his nose. He jabs himself in the eye with the needle and promptly passes out from the shock.
  • The B-plot of "The Finer Strings" involves Brian becoming Carter's seeing-eye dog after he goes in for cataracts surgery. When Carter recovers and no longer has need of Brian's services, Brian and Stewie try to re-blind him by spraying him in the face with contaminated tap water from Flint, Michigan, which not only blinds Carter but also burns the skin around his eyes.
  • In "No Country Club for Old Men", Peter somehow replaces one of Carter's eyes with a gag exploding eye. Just as Carter is pointing out the impossibility of this, it flies out of his head in a splatter of blood.
  • In "Run, Chris, Run", Peter waves a twig around and ends up stabbing himself in the eye with it.
  • In "Gronkowsbees", when Rob Gronkowski moves in next door, Peter offers him a bowl of Dorito dust, which Rob slaps onto the ground. While Peter, Joe, and Quagmire admire him, the dust cloud gets in Cleveland's eyes.
  • In "Throw It Away", Stewie kills Peter with a crossbow bolt to the eye, though Peter is perfectly fine later.
  • "Valentine's Day in Quahog" has Mayor West getting into a fight with a rival mayor, ending in the former stabbing the latter in the eye with a pin.
  • In the first segment of "Three Directors", Peter stabs Dr. Hartman in the eyes with a scalpel.
  • In "Chris Cross", when Chris sneaks money from Lois and is indebted to Meg for the latter's silence, one of the things she makes him do for her is help her put in contacts. When Chris tries, Meg's eyes roll backward, leaving her blind.
  • In "The Peanut Butter Kid", after taking a sip of Peter's homemade "8-Hour Energy", Stewie bleeds out of his eye.
