Remnant's Bizarre Adventure: Hunters of Justice is a Recursive Fanfiction crossover between Remnant's Bizarre Adventure and Hunters of Justice. In the fic, when Braniac attacks Remnant and preserves its cities, Teams RWBY, JNPR, and JOJO escape via Boom Tube and arrive on Earth, home of many of the universe's greatest super heroes.

Tropes contained in Remnant's Bizarre Adventure: Hunters of Justice include the following:

  • Adaptational Attractiveness: Subverted. The Seven Deadly Sins are described as attractive and humanoid at first, but that's only how the villains see them. The heroes see them as they really are, namely ugly and demonic-looking.
  • Adaptational Heroism:
    • Funny Valentine's goal in canon is to bring good fortune to America at the expense of the rest of the world. While the Funny Valentine of Universe-1 in RBA:HOJ only cares about the well-being of Atlas, his goal for safeguarding Atlas is to find a way to permanently destroy Darkseid.
    • Sam Young was just a Corrupt Politician who orchestrated the initial wave of Anarky riots to distract the police while he tried to kill the Mad Hatter in the comics. Here, he's as clean as a politician could possibly get (to the point that even the Question doesn't think he's in on "the conspiracy"), and he genuinely believes in the Anarkist cause, to the point that he's willing to take on the entire political establishment. He gets assassinated before he could become president.
    • Icicle Jr., being based on his Stargirl (2020) incarnation, is a member of the Justice League of America.
  • Asshole Victim:
    • The first thing Valentine does upon taking control of Atlas and Mantle is to execute Jacques Schnee. Nobody is sorry to see him go.
    • Enrico Pucci steals the souls of thirty-six pure evil people to facilitate the Heaven plan. The thirty-six include Adam Taurus, Killer Frost, the Ultra-Humanite of Earth-10, a pair of organ harvesters, [Psycho Psychologist The Scarecrow]], Major Force, Black Manta, Reactron, Blanque, Count Vertigo, and an MSNBC newsroom.
    • It's mentioned by the Ultra-Humanite of Earth-10 that Darkseid razed most of Earth-10 to the bedrock. If any version of Earth had to meet that fate, it's probably fortunate that it was Earth-10.
    • The Valentines of Remnant-3 and Remnant-10 are the Token Evil Teammates of the Alliance of Valentines, being a spy for the tyrannical Ozpin-3 and a communist totalitarian tyrant. Both are killed by Valentine-45 in revenge for not helping him stop Superdoomsday from destroying Remnant-45.
    • Wotan tries to use a little half-yokai girl as a weapon and gets Dragged Off to Hell for his troubles.
  • Big Bad Ensemble: Darkseid, Brainiac, Salem, Enrico Pucci, Lex Luthor, and the Ultra-Humanite of Earth-1 (it's necessary to qualify that it's the Ultra-Humanite of Earth-1 because the Ultra-Humanite of Earth-10 also appears in the story) are all major, multi-arc villains.
  • Character Death: Several significant characters from all three franchises involved are dead by the end of the fic. The list includes, in no particular order, Poison Ivy, Jacques Schnee, Cardin Winchester, Harper Row, Adam Taurus, Major Force, Sam Young, Victor Zsasz, Killer Frost, the Scarecrow, Black Manta, Reactron, Tarantula, Amanda Waller, Wotan, Cassie Sandsmark, Kent Nelson, eight different versions of Funny Valentine, the Ultra-Humanite and Psycho-Pirate of Earth-10, Blanque, Count Vertigo, Felix Faust, Doctor Death, B'wana Beast, Parasite, Charlie Hancock, Resurrection Man (for good this time), OMAC, Mister Mind, James Ironwood, Glynda Goodwitch, Diavolo, Risotto Nero, Donatello Versus, Miu Miu, Roman Torchwick, Tomar-Re, Brainiac, and Enrico Pucci.
  • Curb-Stomp Battle:
    • Multiple in the Seven Deadly Sins arc. The eleven Remnantian heroes barely survive fighting a Pride-possessed Atlas (the minor Superman villain, not the city). Then Ren uses his Semblance on the seven supervillains possessed by the Sins, which drives the Sins out, and Okuyasu knocks Pride out with a single punch. Then Wrath takes on the eleven of them and nearly kills them all.
    • Enrico Pucci and Yoshikage Kira try taking on Doctor Fate. Fate turns Pucci to stone.
  • Decomposite Character: Mazahs makes an appearance in the Earth-3 arc, but instead of being Earth-3's Lex Luthor, he's Lex-3's son.
  • Mauve Shirt: Subverted by Charlie Hancock, the Hunter who helps Teams RWBY, JNPR, and JOJO in the first chapter. While he initially seems to have died, he's later revealed to have survived, and he gets promoted to Winter Schnee's squad. He dies for real later on, but by the time that happens, he receives enough characterization to be a character in his own right.
