A game made in RPG Maker MV based loosely on Monoworld. Tropes pertaining to the game should be added here instead of the Roleplay.

It is currently still in development.

Monoworld RPG features examples of the following tropes not present in the actual Roleplay:

  • Anti-Grinding: Experience is limited by the enemies' levels. If the party is two levels higher than the given enemy, no experience points will be given. This is not true for Monocoins and Talent Points, though.
  • Anyone Can Die: No one is safe. Not even the three canon survivors Ignia Brand, Iocus Hilares and Willow Fey.
  • Arbitrary Gun Power: Taro and Koji use guns, but they cannot kill instantly. Aside from the last two skills Koji can learn.
  • The Battle Didn't Count: If you win the first battle against Monokuma somehow, he gives you an instant Game Over.
  • Battle Theme Music: LOTS of them. To count: One for the battles against Monokuma, one for every area of the game, one for every party member in the game if the player decides to fight them, one for The Guardians, whom all share a theme, two final boss themes, one for each post-game boss and finally one for the first phase of the True Final Boss.
  • Boss Game: There are more bosses in the game than normal enemies.
  • Damage Over Time: Poison, naturally, which comes in three different flavors. There's also Bleeding which increases the potency of poison. There are also Burning and Frostbite, which cancel each other out. And Radiation Poisoning, which can't be cured except for finishing a battle.
  • Joined Your Party: The player joins Taro Yamada's party, even though they begin the game as Alexander Root. The game takes note of this.
  • Permanently Missable Content: Certain items are unobtainable if certain party members are killed. The Infinity +1 Sword for that party member is lost upon that party member's death, as are various items when certain characters are killed.
  • Starter Equipment: Everyone has their own unique set of equipment, even though it's all the same statwise.
