Kiwironpa: Rebirth is a crossover Danganronpa roleplay being hosted on Discord. 18 people were minding their business one day... When all of a sudden, they find themselves no-clipping out of the reality they've known for so long. Landing in an abandoned office space known only as "The Backrooms", they soon find that the many anomalies in the Backrooms aren't the only things to worry about. For if they want to leave, they'll have to kill another participant, and get away with it at the expense of everyone else.

This roleplay contains examples of:
- Adaptational Backstory Change: Tsumugi, without being in a world where Danganronpa exists, is much less obsessive and twisted than her canon counterpart.
- Anyone Can Die: Per the par for a Danganronpa roleplay.
- The Corruptible: Tsumugi proves to be this, as early as chapter 1 - Ibuki convinces her to try living life on the dark side, and she slowly goes from one of the group's more grounded members to The Mole as the roleplay progresses.
- Deadly Game: Being a Danganronpa roleplay, this should be expected.
- Jekyll & Hyde: Vanessa, having the spirit of William Afton inside her head from the beta test of a VR Game, has a tendency to switch between her and Afton taking control.
- Named by the Adaptation: In his original source material, Phone Guy is not given an actual name. Here, it's made clear since the beginning that he is named Scott Cameron.
- Sir Swears-a-Lot: Some characters have fouler mouths than others, but Rin seems especially fond of her linguistic abuse.
- Violation of Common Sense: Chapter one was not kind to Tsumugi- while she hesitated at first, she wound up drinking a few drops of (unlabeled) liquid pain. Naturally she was convulsing on the floor within seconds, begging for a cure and chugging a full canister of almond water the moment it was first possible.
