Xilam Animation is a French animation studio founded in 1999 by the DuPontavince couple - Marc (born in 1963) and his wife Alix - as a replacement for Gaumont's animation division.
They are the creators of many successful French programs, chiefly the likes of Oggy and the Cockroaches, Zig & Sharko, Ratz, Space Goofs and various Lucky Luke animated adaptations. Their first major film, a CGI film called Kaena: The Prophecy was released in 2003.
Between 2019 and 2020, the studio succesfully acquired roughly half of fellow French CG studio Cube Creative.
