TV Land is an American cable network owned by ViacomCBS. Started in 1996, TV Land spun off from Nick at Nite as an "oldies channel", airing shows such as The Ed Sullivan Show, Leave It to Beaver, Gunsmoke, and The Andy Griffith Show. Eventually, the network began experiencing an infamous degree of Network Decay, with most of their oldies disappearing from their line-up in favor of a typical blend of modern, syndicated comedies.

Today, TV Land acts as a huge revolving door of syndicated shows, with their massive list of aired programs ranging from the likes of Star Trek: The Original Series all the way to Steve Harvey-era Family Feud. That Other Wiki lists over two hundred programs that have at some point aired on the network. Basically, if they can afford a syndication package and turn a profit on it, TV Land is more than happy to do so.

They’ve also dabbled in some original programming, to mixed success. Their most successful original series is probably Younger, which aired for six seasons to some critical acclaim before jumping to streaming for one more season. As of 2021, they have no original series in active production.
