Ronnie Stevens, born Ronald Stevens, (2 September 1925 — 11 November 2006), was a British character actor notable for appearing in many comedy films and TV series.
While he had recurring roles in May to December and Goodnight Sweetheart, he had guest roles in many other series such as As Time Goes By, Chance in a Million, Ever Decreasing Circles, The Goodies, Hi-de-Hi!, Only When I Laugh, Terry and June, Wild, Wild Women, and Yes, Prime Minister.
He appeared in films from the late '50s through The '60s, most notably in Carry On Cruising and four of the Doctor films. After that, he focused mostly on TV appearances until The '90s, where he had roles in Blame It on the Bellboy, Brassed Off, and The Parent Trap (1998).
He died at the age of 81.
