Richard Donald Crenna (November 30, 1926 – January 17, 2003) was an American actor, director, and producer best known for Rambo III (1988), First Blood (1982), and Rambo: First Blood Part II (1985).
He was married to Joan Grisham and Penni Sweeney and had three children.
Crenna served in the United States Army from 1945 (the end of World War II) to 1946.
He died in 2003 at the age of 76 from pancreatic cancer.
