Nina Baden-Semper, (1945), is a British actress born in Trinidad best known for playing Barbie Reynolds in Love Thy Neighbour.
After being born in Trinidad, she moved to Britain and worked as a dancer, eventually moving on to acting.
In 1972, she was cast as Barbie Reynolds in Love Thy Neighbour, she played the role in all 54 episodes and the 1973 film. She played also played minor roles in other series from the mid '60s to the late '70s.
Over her career, she has alsp appeared in numerous films (with minor roles in Carry On Up the Jungle, The Love Ban, and Machinegunner) and theatre productions such as The Bacchae, The Bourgeois Gentleman, The Blacks, Wait Until Dark, and Stepping Out.
She has retired from acting since 2004.
