Lurene Tuttle (August 29, 1907 – May 28, 1986) was an American actress and voice actress. Some of her best-known roles were in Don't Bother to Knock, Psycho, and Testament.

As a voice actress she was busy during the Golden Age of Radio Drama, appearing on—among others—The Great Gildersleeve, Lum and Abner, and The Adventures of Sam Spade, where she played Sam’s secretary Effie Perrine. She also voiced both Daisy Mae and Mammy Yocum in a series of animated shorts based on the Li'l Abner strip.

Tuttle was married twice, first to actor Mel Ruick, and later to Frederick W. Cole. Her daughter by Ruick, Barbara Ruick, was an actress married to composer John Williams and who died in 1974. Through Barbara, Tuttle was the grandmother of Joseph Williams, lead singer of the band Toto. She died of cancer at the age of 78.
