Locksmith Animation is an independent British animation studio founded by former Aardman Animations veterans Sarah Smith (director of Arthur Christmas) and Julie Lockheart. Thus far, the studio has only produced one film, Ron's Gone Wrong, for 20th Century Studios. They recently signed a first-look deal with Warner Bros.. Upcoming films include a Christmas film written by and based off a series of children’s books by Richard Curtis, a fantasy comedy from Centaurworld creator Megan Nicole Dong, and an adaptation of The Lunar Chronicles.
