Krista Allen (born April 5, 1971 in Ventura, California, The United States) is an American model and actress.
She attended school at Austin Community College and majoring in education. She considered teaching as a profession, interning as a kindergarten teacher, but decided to move back to California and pursue an acting career. Allen also is a certified yoga instructor, and has done standup comedy as well.
She is best known for playing lead character Emmanuelle in the erotic movie series Emmanuelle in Space and as the eponymous character on The CW series Significant Mother.

- Hide Your Pregnancy: In Days of Our Lives when she became pregnant, her character Billie became very ill and confined to bed note . Even better, the scenes were pre-taped well in advance of her maternity leave, enabling Billie to remain onscreen the entire time she was recuperating.
