Kevin Hamilton McDonald (born May 16, 1961) is a Canadian actor, voice actor, and comedian who is a member of the comedy troupe The Kids in the Hall. Outside of the troupe and his home country, his distinctive high-pitched voice is recognizable in such cartoons as Lilo & Stitch (as Agent Wendy Pleakley) and Invader Zim (as Almighty Tallest Purple).
