Kazuki Nakashima (b. August 19, 1959) is a Japanese Playwright, Screenwriter, Novelist, Producer, and Contributing Editor who is active in contributing his writings for a broad range of Japanese performing arts media; well known as the staple playwright for Japan's theatrical group:
Gekidan ☆ Shinkansen, and for his collaboration with
Studio TRIGGER Animation Director
Hiroyuki Imaishi in co-creating anime hits:
Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann,
Kill la Kill, and
Promare. Not to be confused with a
voice actor named Kazuki Nakashima.
