Founded in May 1996, Inti Creates is a small video game development company founded by Takuya Aizu, Yoshihisa Tsuda, and Ippo Yamada and is primarily composed of ex-Capcom staff. They are primarily recognized for their contributions to the Mega Man series of 2D action platformers, namely the entries Mega Man 9 and Mega Man 10, as well as the Zero and ZX spinoff series. Inti's specialty is 2D platforming games, with their most well-known original IP being the Azure Striker Gunvolt Series, although they have been known to dabble in other genres, such as rail shooters. As of The New '10s, they have become well known for their efforts in crowd-funded titles, such as Shantae, Mighty No. 9, and Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night, as well as reimagining classic games with a Retraux finish.
