"This is where all my dumb ideas go. I have a lot of them."
Huggbees' description of his channel.

Huggbees is a YouTube channel run by Andrew Wagenheim that specializes in... whatever the hell he feels like making that day. Sometimes, he creates hour-long videos of roasting every single Super Smash Bros. fighter. Sometimes, he's making How It's Actually Made episodes. Other times, he's doing analysis videos on obscure media, or talking about how impractical knife sets are, you get the idea. And he does it all while talking about how he had sex with your mother several times.

Huggbees works with their own pages:

Tropes associated with Huggbees' content:

  • Arson, Murder, and Jaywalking: In a YouTube community post that spoofed Dungeons & Dragons, Andrew "warned" his audience that they had five different locations to choose to go to, and they should choose wisely since each had their own variety of dangers. The five listed locations are:
    • "The Kingdom of Genitalmutiliationville"
    • "The Infinite Ranch Dimension"
    • "Boredomland, where everything and everyone is boring, forever"
    • "Weeb Central (highly toxic to all non-virgins)"
    • And finally, "Detroit, Michigan".
  • Bait-and-Switch: Many of Huggbees' videos, such as How It's Actually Made and Turning a Sphere Outside In, initially present themselves as educational and/or informative content before gradually shifting to absurd comedic videos instead.
  • Deconstruction: invoked He "debunked" Insane Clown Posse's song "Miracles", deconstructing every single line and how they aren't miracles, but he gives a fair amount of props to the ICP themselves and at the end he explains how the whole Hatedom behind it was unfair to them.
  • Flowery Insults: Often in his videos (most prominently in How To Dominate A Game Show and the Weird Deaths series), Huggbees will casually mock who or whatever he's talking about in this style, and usually escalating into full-blown Reason You Suck Speeches.
  • Gag Dub: A common theme of his videos, usually associated with How It's Actually Made but is also done with plenty of other one off videos, including another Gag Dub series for a dub of Unwrapped (Dubbed Fully Unwrapped) and The World's Largest Factory - China's Unstoppable Labor Force.
  • "Harmful to Pets" Reminder: In Chocolate Mint Or Both?, after telling a user to feed their dog chocolate to calm down, he flashes a statement on the screen saying "DO NOT ACTUALLY FUCKING DO THIS.".
  • Interrupted by the End: The end of Radical Corpse Stunts has him state another "radical corpse stunt", a sex joke, but the end of the video cuts him out before he can say the word "sex".
  • Ironic Echo Cut: When showing the old license plates for Texas, he says "Jesus christ!", surprised by how cool they look. He then immediately repeats "Jesus christ.." upon looking at the modern version of Texas' license plate, which is much blander compared to the last two plates it had.
  • Lightmare Fuel: The creepy life-size clown in Chocolate Mint or Both? scares the life out of Huggbees.
  • Non Sequitur: Occasionally dabbles in these — an example from More Weird Deaths:
Andrew: John of Bohemia was exactly like famous Jazz musician Ray Charles in every single way; he was blind. [Beat] And he was blind.
  • Running Gag:
  • Shout-Out:
    • In a YouTube community post spoofing Dungeons and Dragons, one of the possible locations Huggbees suggests is the "Infinite Ranch Dimension," almost certainly as a reference to the "Semi-Elemental Plane of Ranch Dressing" from The Order of the Stick.
    • At the end of the final episode of The World's Largest Factory - China's Unstoppable Labor Force series, Zhi-Rong Pan proceeds to list everything he has ever invented, which just so happens to be every item listed on the bridge section of "Weird Al" Yankovic's "Hardware Store" song. Pan also mentions that he invented the Pokémon Silcoon and Cascoon.
  • Sir Swears-a-Lot: Huggbees has very few qualms about cussing up a storm and being extremely vulgar, but that's part of the charm of his content. It also makes the times when he doesn't swear hit that much harder.
  • Sitcom Arch-Nemesis: The entire state of Wyoming. He made an entire video lambasting the state for existing and frequently dunks on it in other videos, especially his state roasting series, to the point he has incurred genuine ire from Wyoming viewers. However, its welcome sign managed to be his unironic favorite of all 50 in Roasting Every State Welcome Sign, to his own astonishment. Wyoming's state license plate would get the same treatment.
  • Stylistic Suck: His video simply titled "AI Generated Clickbait Title" was almost completely created using only AI generated images and audio, with Andrew merely standing in front of the camera and lip-syncing to the words the AI says. Needless to say, it looks janky as hell.
    • His channel banner is a crudely drawn "HUGGBEES" with a smiley face on a black background.
  • Take That!: A lot of jokes take potshots at a lot of different things, and pretty much everything and everyone is a target.
    • In Roasting Every State Flag, every single United States state flag that is inspired by the flag of the Confederate States of America is given an "automatic failing grade".
    • The designs of every single flag, license plate, and welcome sign of each state in the USA has been roasted to varying degrees. Texas' boring plain white license plate design, Mississippi's reluctance to change their Confederacy-inspired flag for over 100 years, and Utah's just plain ugly flag have all been ripped to shreds as a few examples.
    • In the video "Roasting Popular Fast Food Restaurants" - where Andrew came out as bisexual - he snarked that him not being heterosexual meant that he is "legally not allowed to eat at a Chick-Fil-A", clearly taking a swipe at said company's infamously homophobic policies and corporate culture.
  • The Treachery of Images: invoked One of the viewers in Is This A Toy? asks Huggbees if an image of a dinosaur they sent was a toy or not. Huggbees says, "You're clearly confused, these are both images".
  • The Roast: His Roasts series, including roasting various USA state welcome signs and flags, fast food restaurants, and even every Super Smash Bros. character in the series.
  • This Is Gonna Suck: In "Your Questions Answered", Andrew answers emails sent in by confused viewers regarding How It's Actually Made videos. Even if there's over five-thousand seven-hundred of them.
    Andrew: This is painful.
