Dylan Mulvaney (born December 1996) is an American actress, TikTok influencer, comedian and transgender activist. Mulvaney is transgender and uses she/they pronouns.

Aside from Dylan's own TikTok channel where she posts daily slice-of-life videos about herself, she has also appeared in various stage productions, including The Book of Mormon, How the Grinch Stole Christmas!, Legally Blonde, Spring Awakening, Bye Bye Birdie, and the stage adaptation of High School Musical. Dylan is best-known for her TikTok video series Days of Girlhood, where she chronicles her life as a trans woman, for her video where she stays at the Plaza Hotel in New York and dresses up as little girl Eloise (the titular character from the book and 2000s Disney TV movie Eloise at the Plaza), and her role as Elder White in The Book of Mormon. Dylan was mostly involved with Broadway until the COVID-19 Pandemic negatively affected tourism and hindered her career in 2020, leading her to earn extra income by chronicling her transition from male to female publicly.

Dylan has appeared in TV shows and music videos. This includes acting roles in Awkwardness, The Honest Show, and Love Not Likes. She starred alongside drag performer Alaska Thunderfuck in a music video for "XOXOY2K", and in a music video by ReneƩ Rapp. Dylan also performed a vocal cover of Kate Bush's "Running Up That Hill (A Deal With God)" during a show she hosted for her 365th day of being out as a trans woman.

She appeared pre-transition in an episode of the American game show The Price Is Right.
