Discord is a popular messaging and voice call app that was originally released in 2015.
In 2021, the official Discord Games Lab server began beta-testing a series of built-in games called "Activities" which could be played within voice chat. The Activities feature was officially released on October 18, 2022. Although most activites were originally locked behind Discord Nitro, all Activities were eventually made free forever starting on May 15, 2023.
Also in May 2023, the Webtoon Wumpus Wonderventures was released by Merryweatherey as part of a promotion for Discord Nitro.
