David Sobolov (born October 23, 1964 in Windsor, Ontario) is a voice actor from Canada, best known as the voice of Shockwave in Transformers: Prime, Depth Charge in Beast Wars, Lobo in Young Justice and Injustice: Gods Among Us, Tatsurion the Unchained/Bob in Kaijudo, and Drax the Destroyer in almost everything Marvel's put out in the past few years outside of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
And yes, his voice is naturally that deep.
