Carlos Rivas (born Oscar von Weber; February 16, 1925 - June 16, 2003) was an American actor best known for The King and I (1956), True Grit (1969), and Topaz (1969).
He was married to Sylvia Rivas and they had one child.
Rivas died in 2003 at the age of 78 from prostate cancer.
