Carlos Bernard Papierski (October 12, 1962) is an American actor and director best known for 24 (2001-2009), The Orville (2019), and FBI (2020-2021).
He was married to Sharisse Baker, currently married to actress Tessie Santiago and has two children, one with Baker and one with Santiago.
