Naturally, given the nature of this Code Geass Crossover, most of the cast is comprised of these in Justice League of the Rebellion, the few exceptions being pure DC Comics characters.
- Lelouch is Batman, and Nunnally is Oracle. His father being Brainwave, means Lelouch is also one with Henry King Jr.
- The wizard grants Kallen Kozuki the power of Shazam, but her costume has some elements of Wonder Woman and some powers of The Flash. Like Wonder Woman, she's also part of a Power Trio with Superman and Batman. The Kozuki Cell, in turn, forms the Shazam Family. Naoto meanwhile is made into The Spectre.
- C.C. is crossed with Zatanna with her real name being Cetanna Cetara, while Mao is Klarion the Witch Boy, and Rai is Dr. Fate.
- Rivalz is Superman. Milly likewise takes on the role of Lois Lane. However, having Pat Dugan as her stepfather and receiving the Cosmic Converter Belt means she also borrows traits from Courtney Whitmore/Stargirl.
- Lloyd takes on the traits of several DC mad scientists, with his creation now being the Metallo like Professor Emmett Vale. It's initially piloted by Jeremiah until he's badly injured, now setup to become the Cyborg Superman.
- Rakshata's Knightmare is the Red Tornado, chiefly piloted by Orpheus Zevon. She later is given the glasses that belonged to Dr. Midnight, an AI based on him inhabiting them, and the two form the second Dr. Midnight. Orpheus later takes on the mantle of Green Arrow after learning Oliver Queen was his biological father, making him a composite of Conner Hawke.
- Cornelia and Euphemia become Hawk and Dove respectively. Guilford later takes the role of Guardian. Dalton is implied to become Peacemaker.
- Tohdoh and Chiba are the latest incarnations of Hawkman and Hawkwoman. The remaining Holy Swords in turn become the Black Hawks.
- Shirley is made into an Atlantean via Mao's magic, giving her a similar origin to Dolphin, and the use of the Trident implies her on some level being a version of Aquaman.
- One of Dr. Fate's visions depicts Nonette wielding Excalibur, implying she will become the second Shining Knight.
- Following the death of his parents at the hands of Sportsmaster and Tigress, Rolo becomes Robin, his outfit taking inspiration from the fourth Robin Damien Wayne, his origin taking inspiration from the origin of the first Robin Dick Grayson.
- Charles is revealed to be an old enemy of the Justice Society, Brainwave making him one with Henry King Sr.
- The Knight of One is a combination of Bismarck and Deathstroke.
- Schneizel is both Owlman and, later, the Joker. It's also an Actor Allusion given that Troy Baker voices both Schneizel and Joker.
- Nina is made a composite of numerous mad scientists like Lloyd, though her's are more specific. She's working on the OMAC project, making her Maxwell Lord. Word of God hinted she's going to create Amazo, making her Professor Ivo. And after joining the society, she takes to wearing a top hat and given mind control abilities, making her the Mad Hatter.
- Odysseus gets his face blasted with acid by the Joker, and becomes Two Face as a result.
- Following being immolated and driven insane, Clovis becomes Firefly.
- Gino and Monica become metahumans, and in turn become versions of Wally West and Dinah Lance, aka Kid Flash and Black Canary. Anya meanwhile is made into Raven, and while she still hosts the spirit of Marianne, it's because Marianne is the human form of Eclipso here.
- Viletta, or rather the amnesiac Chigusa, is set to become Vixen.
- The arc Akito the Outsider: Titans in Exile gives plenty.
- Akito becomes Nightwing.
- Laila is the daughter of Diana and Steve, making her Wonder Girl, taking elements from the Pre-crisis Fury/Lyta Trevor, Donna Troy, Cassie Sandsmark, and Yara Flor.
- Ryo's group are the Outsiders, with Ryo being Geoforce, Ayano being Katana, and Yukiya being the second Ragman.
- Gene Smilas is the mortal guise of Ares.
- Ashley and Johannes of the Ashra Knights are Changeling and Jericho.
- Shin is the leader of the Church of Blood and had been adopted by Jason Blood, making him Brother Blood.
- The granny of the Gypsies is revealed to be an aged Madame Xanadu.
- Guinevere becomes Poison Ivy. Bartley becomes Penguin.
- Sayoko takes the role of both the Huntress and Alfred Pennyworth.
