Black Bishop is an independent comic book created by Marcel Dupree and Gaurav Shrivastava, and written by Guido Martinez.
Black Bishop is one of the best agents in the clandestine British agency called The Board. Trained in infiltration and espionage from birth, she's extremely efficient and the height of professionalism... until one night when she isn't, and accidentally spills agency secrets to a reporter. Drummed out of the agency, she now races to stop an enemy operative from killing her former peers.
Later adventures see her working as a free agent, taking jobs that formal groups won't touch.

- The Union wants to destroy The Board for killing his father, a former Black Knight.
- In "A Shot at Love", Black Bishop's plans of going on vacation with her girlfriend are interrupted when her girlfriend is kidnapped by terrorists. So naturally she goes on a mission to save her.
- Loose Lips: The plot is kicked off after Black Bishop accidentally spills secrets about The Board to a random hook-up who turns out to be a reporter, who is only too happy to record everything Bishop says.
- Ruritania: Black Bishop's girlfriend Marisia is the princess of Vastal, a tiny breakaway kingdom in Estonia. Of course, she only finds this out after Marisia is kidnapped by extremists.
- Spy Catsuit: Black Bishop's standard costume is basically a tactical catsuit
- Wearing a Flag on Your Head: Union wears a full face mask with the Union Jack on it, despite being an exile.
