General
- Kid Hero: A group of children who go on missions and help people.
- Two Girls to a Team: Jazzi and Foo.
Jazzi
- Ambiguously Human: She's the only Save-Um who even remotely resembles a human.
- Girlish Pigtails: They seem to be the only hair she has.
- Graceful Ladies Like Purple: Or rather, they are purple.
- Tooth Strip: Has one of these.
- True Blue Femininity: Wears a blue jumpsuit.
- Vocal Evolution: Her voice became more mature and reminiscent of Princess Pea in later episodes.
Foo
- Voiced by: Aaryn Doyle (English), Rebeca Aponte (Spanish)
- Dub Name Change: Louna in the French dub.
- Jet Pack: She travels with this.
- True Blue Femininity: Foo is blue, and a girl.
- You No Take Candle: Her way of speaking."This Foo. Who you?"
Noodle
- Voiced by: Mark Rendall (English, Season 1), Cameron Ansell (English, Season 2), Tatiana Dessi (Italian)
- Cartoon Creature: More than any other Save-Um; he's supposedly a hound dog, but he appears to be a mix of a dolphin, a pig, and a cow.
- Child Prodigy: Implied. According to the series's official website, he's around six years old, yet the beginning of the episode "Tony and Sal's Treasure Hunt!" has him mention that he once counted the over 126374 hairs on a Puff.
- Dub Name Change:
- Caboche in the French dub.
- Nugal in the Spanish dub.
- Candle in the Icelandic dub.
- Edible Theme Naming: His name is Noodle.
- Endearingly Dorky: He's definitely not in with the cool crowd, but he's smart, kind, and helpful nonetheless.
- Meaningful Name:
- One nickname for brainstorming (a staple of The Smart Guy trope) is "using your noodle".
- French dub: "Caboche" can mean "noggin", as in "using your noggin". In a more derogatory form, it can also mean "blockhead", which references his status as the uncool Save-Um.
- Not So Above It All: While he's normally the dignified smart guy, he doesn't mind indulging in the others' shenanigans.
- Vocal Dissonance: In the French dub, his voice sounds more like a screechy old woman than a young child.
- Vocal Evolution: His voice is much more subdued in the first episode compared to later affair. After Cameron Ansell took over the role, his voice became more high-pitched and childlike.
Ka-Chung
- Voiced by: Mitchell Eisner
- Dub Name Change:
- Aïkido in the French dub.
- Moretio in the Icelandic dub.
- Insistent Terminology: He tends to name everything related to him with the prefix "Ka-". For example, his vehicle is called the "Ka-Drill", he owns a rubber ducky named "Ka-Duck" and calls a bubble shaped like him a "Ka-bubble".
- NO INDOOR VOICE: Is very loud.
Custard
- Voiced by: Jordan Francis
- Dub Name Change:
- Berlingnot in the French dub.
- Jelly in the Spanish dub.
- Sagu in the Brazilian/Portuguese dub.
- Flan in the Icelandic dub.
- Drives Like Crazy: When he's in the Zoomer, be prepared to go super fast!
- Edible Theme Naming: In the English, Spanish, and Icelandic version.
- Speed Demon: Loves to drive fast.
- Verbal Tic: Says "bam" a lot.
- Vocal Evolution: His voice became much lower in later episodes.
B.B. Jammies
- Voiced by: Connor Price
- Dub Name Change: Bebe Jimmy in the French dub.
- The Klutz: Various scenes show him falling/tripping over. Even his online character biography states "he wobbles when he walks".
- Meaningful Name: Always wears pyjamas.
Puffs
The Puffs are small, fuzzy creatures who live with the Save-Ums.
- Color-Coded Characters: There are six, all being a colour of the rainbow (minus indigo), and they are typically referred to by their colour (ex. Red Puff, Orange Puff, Yellow Puff, and so on).
- Dub Name Change: They're called Ploufs in the French dub.
- Ridiculously Cute Critter: All of them.
Lava World
Raymundo and Peque
- Raymundo voiced by: Carlos DíazPeque voiced by: José Manuel Vieira (English), Yensi Rivero (Spanish)
Tropes applying to both:
- Color-Coded Characters: Raymundo is red, and Peque is brown.
- Height Angst: In "Dino Sandwich", they felt bad for asking the Save-Ums to help them with their task because they were too small to do it themselves.
Tropes exclusive to Raymundo:
- Brought to You by the Letter "S": His hat has an R on it.
- Never Bareheaded: Raymundo always wears a little green elf hat.

- Dub Name Change: Peque is called Paquita in the French dub and Hormiguita (Spanish for "little ant") in the Spanish dub.

Olena

- Alliterative Name: Olena Octopus.
- Dub Name Change: She is named Pulpolena, a Portmanteau of "pulpo" (the Spanish word for "octopus") and "Olena", in the Spanish dub.
- Vocal Evolution: In her first appearance, her voice is medium-tone and soft. In later episodes, it became higher-pitched and closer to Stephanie Beard's other performances.
Samantha
- Voiced by: N/A
- Alliterative Name: Samantha Starfish.
- The Ghost: While she is talked about, she is never seen onscreen.
Tony and Sal

Colin and Elizabat
