Graham
The game's main protagonist and Player Character. After running away from three wolves while taking some photos, Graham has to find a way out of the forest while also having to help a little girl named Hannah.
- Dark and Troubled Past: Graham's mother was extremely abusive, continuously mistreating him and wishing for his death. His father was implicitly abusive too.
- Repressed Memories: As revealed in the last chapter, Graham has completely repressed from his mind his meeting with Hannah's mother and the fact he killed her.
- Stalker with a Crush: As it's revealed in the last chapter, Graham had an unhealthy obsession with Hannah's mother, continuously stalking the woman and secretly taking pictures of her.
Hannah
The game's Deuteragonist. After her mother left to turn a generator on, Hannah was left alone until she met Graham, who decided to bring her to her grandparents.
- Missing Mom: Her mother disappeared after going outside to turn a generator on.
The Wolves
Three wolves that pursue Graham and Hannah throughout the game.
- Ambiguous Situation: Did they actually talk to Graham or was it just his hallucination?
- Big Bad Triumvirate: They are the game's main antagonists, being the reason Graham is stuck in the forest in the first place and the most active threat to him and Hannah.
- Savage Wolves: The ranger notes how they're particularly aggressive. Special mention goes to the one that continuously bites its own leg.
