https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/b027_oskar_pearce.png
B027: Oskar Pearce
Designated Weapon: Walther P99
Conclusion: Wow, lucky draw! I was having doubts when I saw just how tiny this kid is, but size isn't shit if he knows how to pull a trigger. I'll give him points for being a cheerleader too. What, you thought I was going to judge him for that? I mean, I was a dancer too, kiddo. - Dennis Lourvey

    B028: Keith Bauer
B028: Keith Bauer
Designated Weapon: Nail-gun and bag of nails
Conclusion: Hey, we've got a musician on our hands, everybody! Good for you, B028; you can play your own funeral dirge! Or if you feel like bucking up and playing the game, maybe we can re-imagine you as a bard. I'll start working on the character sheet... - Dennis Lourvey

    B029: Aiden Slattery
B029: Aiden Slattery
Designated Weapon: Haladie
Conclusion: Some of the guys and I have this betting pool going called the 'Hunga Munga Challenge'. It's all about a pool to see which assigned weapon gets the user killed/maimed first. Congrats, B029! You're the recipient of my pick for this version. Try fencing with THAT, why don't you! - Dennis Lourvey

    B030: Brendan Harte
B030: Brendan Harte
Designated Weapon: Can of high-quality cat food
Conclusion: It's not as much of a bad draw as you think, B030. It tastes better than the calorie bars. Trust me on this one. - Dennis Lourvey

    B031: Samuel Howard
B031: Samuel Howard
Designated Weapon: Crossbow (20 bolts)
Conclusion: Alright kid that's a nice crossbow you have there, you also have the weight and sad sack social life. Time to become one of those killers from the horror movies you love so much. - Josie Knight

    B032: Alexander "Alex" Tarquin
B032: Alexander Tarquin
Designated Weapon: Machete
Conclusion: B032 is going to figure out quickly this isn't a fake play fight. I can't wait for him to hit that first mark, realize it didn't work and get his ass kicked.- Josie Knight

    B033: Caleb Diamond
B033: Caleb Diamond
Designated Weapon: Nixon Mask
Conclusion: With the insomnia and medication it won't be too long before this kid hits his breaking point. Bonus points if he yells "I am not a crook." after stealing someones stuff.- Josie Knight

    B034: Harold Porter
B034: Harold Porter
Designated Weapon: Shatterproof coffee brewing pot
Conclusion: "Shatterproof," huh? Sounds like a challenge. Come on, you're a reasonably big guy. Smash that thing to bits and stab 'em with the pieces! In a pinch, you can also use it to make coffee. Imagine that. - Dennis Lourvey

    B035: Johnathan "Johnny" McKay
B035: Johnathan "Johnny" Ray McKay
Designated Weapon: Tracking Bud and Transponder
Conclusion: I think we're doing this kid a favour by cutting what little potential he has short. - Trent Camden

    B036: Benjamin "Ben" Fields
B036: Benjamin Fields
Designated Weapon: Bag of dried chipotle chillies
Conclusion: Lesson #1 kid, there are no heroes on the island. Lesson #2, doesn't matter what shape you're in, those chillies won't save you from the barrel of a gun. - Josie Knight

    B037: William "Will" McKinley
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/b037_william_mckinley.png
B037: William McKinley
Designated Weapon: One ten-pack of cable tie handcuffs
Conclusion: Aw, cute. The little boy thinks it's a hunter. There's a big difference between bagging a bird with help and a live person. Better learn quick or someone else will make you the prey and I'm sure some posh kids head will look good on the trophy wall. - Josie Knight

    B038: Wade Cartwright
B038: Wade Cartwright
Designated Weapon: Adrenaline & needle
Conclusion: Lateral thinking won't save you if you're too spaced out to notice the guy with the gun, and the adrenaline's only going to help so much with his limited physical skills. Maybe he can use that furry knowledge and try to play possum for a while? Otherwise, this kid's a goner. - Trent Camden

    B039: Jordan Green
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/b039_jordan_green.png
B039: Jordan Green
Designated Weapon: 30 feet of rope
Conclusion: Not to knock on it because I actually like Les Mis, but I get the feeling you're going to see God reeeeeall soon. You make it too easy, B039. We even gave you some rope so you could hang yourself with it. ... Heh. - Dennis Lourvey

    B040: Jonathan Gulley
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/b040_jonathan_gulley.png
B040: Jonathan Gulley
Designated Weapon: Audio recorder (20 minutes of blank tape included)
Conclusion: Please please PLEASE make full use of that recorder, B040. Nothing's as creepy as an apocalyptic log, you know? Nearly shit myself the first time I found that record in Minecraft... - Dennis Lourvey

    B041: Wayne Cox
B041: Wayne Cox
Designated Weapon: KABAR Combat Knife
Conclusion: We could be onto something here, quick reflexes, bad decision making skills, highly-strung and that knife. Put this one under the meltdown file. I expect a good show.- Josie Knight

    B042: Mitch Settles
B042: Mitch Settles
Designated Weapon: Glock 19
Conclusion: He's big, he's armed, and he doesn't back down from danger. Assuming he has the guts to play through the pain, I think we have a contender here. - Trent Camden

    B043: Arthur Bernstein
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/b043_arthur_bernstein.png
B043: Arthur Bernstein
Designated Weapon: Paintball gun
Conclusion: Oooooh, this is just like that Splatoon game that's about to come out! I mean, not that you'll ever get to enjoy it, but we gave you the next best thing as a consolation prize. - Dennis Lourvey

    B044: Steve Dobson
B044: Steve Dobson
Designated Weapon: Sickle
Conclusion: I see you enjoy history, B044. That's good; you should know that the sickle has strong ties with many civilizations throughout history. Those civilizations also fell. What is it that they say... history often tends to repeat itself? - Abby Soto

    B045: Alan Banks
B045: Alan Banks
Designated Weapon: Toy Lightsaber
Conclusion: So, I learned a new word today. Anyway, B045, you would have a lot going for you if it weren't for that terrible draw. A guy like you is clearly a rogue, though. Chaotic Neutral? Probably Chaotic Neutral. How good are your bluff checks, buddy? - Dennis Lourvey

    B046: Benjamin "Ben/Squirrel" Lichter
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/b046_benjamin_lichter.png
B046: Benjamin James "Ben/Squirrel" Lichter
Designated Weapon: Etch-a-Sketch
Conclusion: The only way this kid’s making it far is if he finds a good tree to hide in. With such a lacking skillset and an even worse weapon draw, he’ll make for easy prey. - Trent Camden

Female Students

    G026: Hazel Jung
G026: Hazel Jung
Designated Weapon: Binoculars
Conclusion: As somebody who was bullied in school, I appreciate your efforts, G026. However, there are no 'safe places' in Survival of the Fittest. Maybe that weapon will help you look for a nice hiding spot but other than that, well... hope you're good at playing dead? - Dennis Lourvey

    G028: Toby Andreasson
G028: Toby Andreasson
Designated Weapon: Butterfly Knife
Conclusion: Good shape, not a half-bad weapon draw, weaknesses that, if you ask me, translate smoothly into strengths... I think I've found my pick for the pool this year. Just don't nick an artery flipping that thing around, yeah? You're not the spy from TF2. - Dennis Lourvey

    G029: Georgia Lee Day
G029: Georgia Lee Day
Designated Weapon: Lock-picking kit (with manual)
Conclusion: We at Survival of the Fittest LOVE those who can play to the camera. Stay beautiful, classy and luxurious, G029. With any luck, you'll die just as glamorously as you lived. - Dennis Lourvey

    G030: Jasmine King
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/g030_jasmine_king.png
G030: Jasmine King
Designated Weapon: Brass knuckles
Conclusion: Explosive temper? Tumblr? Yeah, those checks clear. With any luck, G030, all that time you spent snooping on your classmates has revealed some serious weaknesses. Otherwise, when you inevitably get swarmed by a mob of people you've ticked off, folks will have trouble figuring out exactly who it was that murdered YOU. - Dennis Lourvey

    G031: Candice Banks
G031: Candice Banks
Designated Weapon: AWC G2
Conclusion: Being a socialiate isn't usually enough to get you far in SOTF, and this girl's not even that great at it. Even with a weapon like hers, I'm not making any bets. - Trent Camden

    G032: Irene Djezari
G032: Irene Djezari
Designated Weapon: Mossberg 590
Conclusion: Now, who wants to die from the Mossberg shotty? Putting holes in the hotel lobby! All you fake bitches are just another hobby. And I'll let you dig, where I dump your body. - Josie Knight

    G033: Blair Moore
G033: Blair Moore
Designated Weapon: Scutum
Conclusion: Just so we're clear, I totally didn't think it said scrotum...Ok I totally did at first. As much I think this girl might be able to do it, I don't like her chances given that's she has poor stamina and that shield is fucking heavy...oh and fact that she's already dying doesn't help. - Josie Knight

    G034: Astrid Tate
G034: Astrid Tate
Designated Weapon: Fake gun that fires a 'BANG!' flag
Conclusion: It's a shame this girl got the fake gun, I liked her chances and still kinda do. On the other hand I hope she or someone else never realises that the guns fake, the look on their face will be priceless. - Josie Knight

    G035: Alba Reyes
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/aalbaa.jpg
G035: Alba Reyes
Designated Weapon: CD of Jenny from the Block (Single)
Conclusion: I don't care that you came from roller derby or how 'tough' it is. I know where you're going and it's in the ground. - Josie Knight

"I'm tired of it all too. At this point, I don't think there's much dancing around it: we're all doing exactly what those terrorists wanted. We tried to be better, but we aren't. I don't think anyone could last more than a week here if they weren't willing to do bad things."

  • Accidental Misnaming: Due to her misunderstanding some of Bradley's sarcasm, Alba spends the whole game thinking Coleen's name is "Sandra."
  • All Love Is Unrequited: Brendan's crush on Alba is this because Alba hadn't considered him as a romantic possibility before the confession. Her overall feelings on him are complicated. She tells him she loves him as an important person in his last moments, which satisfies him. Her last words are also telling Brendan she loves him, but whether this is a confirmation of her feelings for him or just her saying what she never said to him while he was alive is left ambiguous.
  • Alone with the Psycho: Her game with Kaitlyn has elements of this, as she spends most of the game in tears and begging for Kaitlyn to stop.
  • Break the Cutie: Her game of chicken with Kaitlyn does some serious damage to her emotional state.
  • The Ditz: Can be slightly dumb and naive at times. When Bradley called Coleen "Sandra Clegane" as a Game of Thrones reference and mockery of her burn scars, Alba just assumed it was her name.
  • Due to the Dead: She and Fiyori perform this for Emma Luz after Alba kills her, along with Emma's sister and several other bodies in the area.
  • Friend to All Living Things: Loves animals and wants to be a veterinarian.
  • Genki Girl
  • Heroic Sacrifice: Detonates her land mine in hopes of killing Kimiko and Min-jae in order to ensure Fiyori's survival.
  • Mercy Kill: Offers this to Brendan after he kills Jaime and she worries he's too far gone. She doesn't go through with it.
  • Morality Chain: Alba considers that she could be this for Brendan Harte and stays with him to ensure he doesn't do anything reckless.
  • Perpetual Smiler: She's very much this in pregame and early game, but is less this as the game progresses.
  • Sliding Scale of Idealism Versus Cynicism: Alba grapples with this throughout the game, as her idealistic and hopeful nature is constantly challenged by people like Kaitlyn and Min-jae.
  • Stepford Smiler: Alba is this at times, generally smiling and acting cheery to calm those around her, with varying success.
  • Taking You with Me: Alba pulls this on both Kimiko Kao and Min-jae Parker with a land mine. She succeeds in regards to the former.
  • Tomboy with a Girly Streak: Is fairly athletic, being the captain of the school golf team and a member of a roller derby team, but she is pretty feminine and girly.

    G036: Nancy Kyle
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/nancy_kyle.jpg
G036: Nancy Kyle
Designated Weapon: Hatchet
Conclusion: Wasn't there an anime about some girl going nuts and killing all her friends with a hatchet? If Nancy felt like recreating that for us, that'd be peachy. - Trent Camden

    G037: Abigail Floyd
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/g037_abigail_floyd.png
G037: Abigail Floyd
Designated Weapon: Smoke grenades X3
Conclusion: The girl can't even eat a ribeye without getting all weepy about it? Maaaan, I get a feeling this one is going to be boring as hell. - Dennis Lourvey

    G038: Lucilly Peterson
G038: Lucilly Peterson
Designated Weapon: Porno mag
Conclusion: Hey, is that Nerdy Sluts in Cosplay 9? Seeing as you're definitely going to die a horrible and painful death, I'm going to ask Baines to grab that for me. Augh, shit, he'd probably take it for himself... Richards? - Dennis Lourvey

    G039: Rene Wolfe
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/rene_by_kotorikun.jpg
G039: Rene Wolfe
Designated Weapon: Smith and Wesson SW1911
Conclusion: Part of me hopes you die, G039, just because of that one patch that made Skarner a living nightmare for me. The other part of me hopes you'll live, because I desperately need somebody to play games with me after V5's winner totally half-assed that game of Sorry!. - Dennis Lourvey

    G040: Amanda Tan
G040: Amanda Tan
Designated Weapon: FN Model 1949
Conclusion: I'm feeling pretty good about G040. Only concern I've got here is that she's practically her own worst enemy. I can already hear Josie's shrieks of laughter when G040 gets lost in a daydream and walks right into a face-stabbing. Not getting much sleep tonight... - Dennis Lourvey

    G041: Junko Kurosawa
G041: Junko Kurosawa
Designated Weapon: Wooden Baseball Bat
Conclusion: I don't care how fast G041 is, she should realize now that there's no outrunning a bullet. Regardless it'll be interesting to see how they react to the life and death thrills we have on offer here. Watch this space, the kid could go far. - Josie Knight
“Well, sorry for going King Lear on you, I guess.”

  • Batter Up!: Her designated weapon. Darius van Dyke, Jasmine Reed, and Jeremy Frasier all learn the hard way she's willing to use it.
  • Berserk Button:
    • Don't waste her supplies. Early on into the game, she was willing to give Darius van Dyke some of her water, only to flip when he dumped it out to make a message in a bottle.
    • Don't imply that you should expect death and that Living Is More than Surviving in front of her. She's only barely able to tolerate it when Tara Behzad tells her, and outright snaps on Jeremy Frasier when he does leading to her death.
    • From her profile: Don't be a homophobe. Pretty self-explanatory, given Junko's background.
  • Blood Knight: It's heavily implied she's using her past thrill-seeking behavior as a coping mechanism and is getting a thrill off of being in risky situations.
  • Dark Action Girl: While she never actually kills anyone, she still illustrates what a bat can do.
  • Genki Girl: Pretty chatty, even when giving an Implied Death Threat.
  • Hair-Trigger Temper: Note she has multiple anger triggers above. She's usually friendly otherwise, but she's noted for being hot-headed.
  • Idiosyncratic Episode Naming: Threads started by her are titled after direct or indirect references to Jackass.
  • Lesbian Jock: She's actually pansexual, but she counts otherwise, being the captain of the Track Team.
  • Lovable Jock: She was largely this prior to the game. In-game, though...
  • Too Kinky to Torture: Junko spent part of her childhood attempting her own Jackass inspired stunts. Her death post has her get high off the chemical rush of dying from a gunshot wound.
    G042: Sabrina Luz
G042: Sabrina Luz
Designated Weapon: 10" Screwdriver
Conclusion: Man...there are a lot of these Luz kids. As for this one? Not seeing it. The only exceptional thing about her is her weapon and I'm not sure 10" is enough if you catch my drift. - Josie Knight

    G043: Clarice Halwood
G043: Clarice Halwood
Designated Weapon: Can of Air Freshener
Conclusion: So much potential in risk of being thrown away. G043 should beat someone to death with that can and then freshen up their chances with a better weapon. - Josie Knight

    G044: Maria Cucionatta
G044: Maria Cucionatta
Designated Weapon: Shamshir
Conclusion: Good with a knife and can cook huh? G044 shouldn't go hungry. Not with all the meat that'll be lying around. - Josie Knight

    G045: Bernadette Thomas
G045: Bernadette Thomas
Designated Weapon: AK-47
Conclusion: Aw that's cute G045, you should show your bae that true power doesn't lie in that cheap plastic ring but in the gun you've got and the lead it spits. Don't worry though, I'll give the ring to Lourbey once this is over. He'll like it. - Josie Knight

    G046: Isabel Ramirez
G046: Isabel Ramirez
Designated Weapon: Padlock & Key
Conclusion: Y'know G046 might actually stand a chance all things considered. As long as she gets a decent weapon and keeps those emotions under lock and key. - Josie Knight

  • Ax-Crazy: The first kill was to meet the criteria to go home after the game. Many of the nine kills after that were for kicks.
  • Disc-One Final Boss: She gets ten kills, the most in version 6, but is killed right at the halfway mark.
    G047: Florentina "Tina" Luz
G047: Florentina Luz
Designated Weapon: Man-catcher
Conclusion: That thing looks vicious as fuck. G047 should take advantage of it and use it to catch herself a friend. She'll need one if she wants to survive more than a day. - Josie Knight

    G048: Cameron Herrig
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/g048_cameron_herrig.png
G048: Cameron Herrig
Designated Weapon: Pickaxe
Conclusion: No tact, poor coping skills, and a mediocre weapon draw? Even if she can hide behind her band, I think it's only a matter of time before this girl's introduced to a whole new style of red body art. - Trent Camden

    G049: Rea Adams
G049: Rea Adams
Designated Weapon: Colt Single Action Army
Conclusion: Is that gun too heavy for you, Rea? You're so goddamn frail I'm expecting you to snap in half when you try to pick it up. - Trent Camden

    G050: Vanessa Stone
G050: Vanessa Stone
Designated Weapon: Bag of weed and blunt wraps
Conclusion: Sadly for G050, daddy isn't on the island to dote over her highness and that bad attitude is gonna get her in trouble. Luckily she got the perfect thing to chill her ass out.- Josie Knight

  • Do Wrong, Right: She calls Kimiko Kao out on her wishy washy approach to murdering, criticising her indecisiveness when she's already been on a killing spree.
  • Dreadful Musician: She may be the frontwoman for the band Peyote Coyote, but she can't sing worth a damn. Her guitar playing is excellent however.
  • Hates Being Touched: It's never really explained why though.
  • It's All About Me: Her main flaw. She gets very sour when her best friend makes a new friend in Coleen Reagan who takes her coveted singer spot in their band, despite Coleen being a far better singer.
  • The Stoner: It's even her assigned weapon, though her favourite high comes from peyote.
    G051: Lili Williams
G051: Lili Williams
Designated Weapon: Nightstick
Conclusion: You're a flutist, and you took up smoking? Josie and I are BOTH calling you idiots. Have fun without a single pack of smokes on the island. I mean, don't you know those things will kill y- ... Oh. Never mind. - Dennis Lourvey
