Dr. HAYAMI
The Protagonist of the entire franchise. Modest and prudent, Dr. HAYAMI is, as claimed, a state-of-the-art world-class artificial intelligence created to solve the most complicated health issues to mankind. However, his birth remains a mystery, as scholars seemed profound to find his presence can be traced from prehistoric times, and even has the ability to predict the future. He's usually accompanied by a robot panda companion named Panpu-chan providing him various assistance.

Tatsuya Sawanobori
The resident pediatrician
of the division. Nurturing and kind, Sawanobori is often regarded as "the man who truly understands children from the bottom of his heart." He's best friends with Kimijima, and is usually seen tagging along with him. He has one peculiar trait though, whenever he gets stressed on some form of issue, his mental age will revert back into a toddler.
- Color Motif: Orange. (No, we don't know why his stethoscope was colored green. He may either took the wrong one, or it was orginally based on his necktie.)

Kiwamu Kimijima
The 13th Clinics Division's flamboyant, dandy, and extremely competent ENT. As how he appears to be, Kiwamu's adventurous, passionate, and easily flattered. He's best friends with Sawanobori, and often watches over him for obvious reasons.
As much as a Nice Guy he is, don't get on his nerves to make him unleash his superpower: The "VOICE WEAPON." He's known to have a hard time stopping it once it's triggered. note Describing it as "very deadly" is a severe understatement.

The Director of the clinic's Endocrinology Center. Michael is a German Otaku international medical student who is into ninjas, tokusatsus, and vampires with an undying love for the Chinese gourmet: shumai. He's also known to have garnered over 250,000 fans just in the Akiba district alone.

13th Clinics Division's New Meat Internal Medicine doctor. Nitta's pretty much the only regular-guy in the team, but he has a hard time with girls due to having 3 older sisters in his family.

Professor Baum Kutehen
A German-made Artificial-Intelligence assigned as Principal of The JOY Medical Girls College. He was originally designed to be a military cyborg, but somehow became a medical cyborg after encountering Dr. HAYAMI. Baum often comes in to aid the staff whenever needed. He holds a prim, yet flexible personality.

Lord Bloody Transylvania
An 803 year-old vampire from somewhere within the deep deep forest of England who caught a serious form of amnesia after encountering members of Clinic 13 from a dispute. His past, background, and private life has always been a mystery to members of Clinic 13. Since having no recollection of his full identity, Bloody choose to stick around the Clinic to be trained as their clinic's Hematologist to put his blood-sucking talents to good use.
