- Oddly Small Organization: The kōban has barely three officers (two humans and a robot) stationed there.
Meguru Chojo
The psychic Senior Police Office of the West Chinjuku police station.
- Ability Mixing: He can combine his powers to synergies an interesting effect (i.e. combining telepathy and psychometry can make a thief feel the enmity of the objects he stole).
- Brilliant, but Lazy: He is an amazing police officer when he puts his mind to it but does things selfishly for most of the time.
- Everyone Has Standards: He's against using and teaching psychic powers for voyeurism or any other perverted reason. He kept telling this to a young middle schooler who wanted Chojo to teach him how to become a psychic in order to use said powers for this reason.
- Locked into Strangeness: His hair is Disease Bleach Mystical White Hair from exerting use of his powers.
- Police Psychic: He is a psychic who works as a police officer.

Nao Ippongi
A rookie police officer who is Meguru's newest partner.
- Cute Bruiser: A cute female rookie police officer judo practitioner who by herself can wipe the floor of a Yakuza organization all at once (if they don't use demolition vehicles).
- I Know Karate: She is from a family of judo practitioners who operate a dojo and she has a rank.
- In-Series Nickname: Is called Pon-chan by friends. Meguru calls hen Ponfer as a pun on her nickname and calling her "officer idiot".
- Tomboyish Ponytail: She is a judo practicing officer who has her hair in this style.
Cop-Bot
A rookie tube-shaped robot cop made to be anti-esp.
- Cute Machines: It's default form has its screen show a Generic Cuteness face.
- Transforming Mecha: Modified itself to transform into larger machines like a car or a flying saucer.

Officials on loan by the National Police Agency Yuki Inukai
An NPA inspector who is the commissioner of the MPD. He was Meguru's former partner.
- The Gunslinger: Known for his marksmanship.
- No Hero to His Valet: Publicly he is The Ace, but to those who knows him personally he is a creep who is obsessed with former partner Meguru.
- Stalker without a Crush: He knows very intimate details of Meguru's life that it creeps out the subject.

Chihiro Hosaka
A middle-aged man who is often drunk and hangs out with the Chojo police station.- #1 Dime: His smartphone is a gift from his daughter.
- Necktie Headband: when off work and drunk.
- Only Known by Their Nickname: Before his Given Name Reveal, he was known as Mr. Smartphone Guy, Mr. Smart, Mr. Phone and Mr. Guy.
- Salaryman: His occupation when not drunk and hanging out with the West Chinjuku Police Station.
- Sentimental Drunk: Is sometimes this.

- Captain Ersatz: They look like Nes And Lucas from EarthBound (1994) and Mother 3.
Lily Togari
A teen gyaru who hangs out with the Chojo police station.
Kadota
Owner of the local toy shop Kadota.
- Hiding Behind Your Bangs: Has one eye hidden behind his hair.
Itz Myturn
The ten-year-old local Cursmon (Curse & Monsters) TCG champion.
- Anime Hair
- Captain Ersatz: Of the young Yu-Gi-Oh! anime protagonists.
- Punny Name: His name is a pun on "it's my turn".
Erika Kenzaki
The Kabukicho Neighborhood Association President.
- Older Than They Look: May look like a woman in her twenties but is much older since she looks the same when the middle-aged Meguru was a kid.
Heisuke Ban
A Chinjuku West Middle School 2nd year who wants to learn psychic powers for perverted reasons.
- Dirty Kid: He's a pervert middle schooler.
- Power Perversion Potential: The reason he wants psychic powers.
- Wingding Eyes: When he really thinks of perverted stuff his pupils turn to "H".
