Protagonists:

Tomonori Iwaki

• Everyone Has Standards: He'll call Rizel an idiot, throw her into wall/ceiling/sky, across the room, out the window, etc. But when it comes time were he thinks he's tasked with Having sex with Rizel (who's underage) so she can start to age again(He misinterpreted what he was instructed to do due to misinformation by her Mama's) he's desperate to try and avoid having to do it, finding any way to distract himself from committing to it and is relieved when Rizel (who seems to want it to happen) who it turns out she was only following an erotic manga that ends on a cliffhanger with the two characters in bed together.
• Expy: Of Ataru Moroboshi in that both are forced into an arranged marriage by someone who isn't entirely human, shows interest in female characters other than than the lead female, and have Jerk With A Heartof Gold and Chivalrous Pervert tendencies.
• Likes Older Women: Tomonori's most defining character trait is this. He is only interested in girls and women that are above him in age, not even showing interest in his similar age classmate Aoi. This makes Rizel a foil to him as she's 3 years younger and is 12. Turns out the reason he has a thing for older women is due to him encountering Rizel when she was naturally 12 years old when he was 5, meaning she's the older woman he was longing for
• Tsundere: Type A: He's brash, prone to violent and explosive outbursts, and even when he begins to open up and mellow out, he still puts up a tough guy front, pretending like he never did. And of course, he uses the infamous "Baka" line.

Rizel Iwaki

• Horrible Judge of Character: She can't seem to fathom that Tomonori doesn't like her all that much, only keeping her around because of a government arrange marriage and to not have her explode everything with he tears. Often misinterpreting his grumpiness and lack of affection towards her as him just being shy and putting on a manly tough guy front.
• Made of Explodium: Her tears are made up of a substance that is akin to nitroglycerine, so whenever she begins to cry, something in the vicinity is destroyed. When she begins to age again, her tears become normal tears and no longer blow up
• Older Than They Look: [[spoiler: She looks like she's a twelve year old girl, but is actually 22, having stopped growing when she was 12
• Signature Headgear: Her notably distinct red head discs are her most standout accessory. Somehow they respond to her mood as well by moving up and down.

Sexier Alter Ego: In her usual child self, she's cute and adorable. But whenever she transforms into an adult version of herself, she's drop dread gorgeous, sporting very long waist length hair and an impressively large sized chest. It's this version that she almost scores a date with Tomonori before he discovers it's her unbenownst to her. Zigzagged somewhat as She should look like that naturally if she aged normally, but is stuck as a child

• Really 400 Years Old : See Older Than They Look
• The Ditz: Rizel is not very bright, and is constantly getting herself into crazy situations to win over Tomonori. Having said that, it's not for a lack of trying as she notes that she researches ways to achieve her goal via the Library. Overlaps with Dumb, but Diligent.
• The Ingenue: Pure as sin, and well intentioned, but her naivety and lack of brains has often caused trouble for Tomonori.
