She becomes a strong and determined woman, who does not hesitate to fight for what she believes in, always working so that the people are strengthened in their faith. Zac is the eldest son of Chaim's second marriage and suffers the demands of that position. He does not feel up to the demands of his father, whom he fears as much as he loves. Zac is always looking for the patriarch's approval, which never arrives. He is insecure and much less brave than he tries to appear. His brothers, Rab-Saris and Absalom live up to Chaim's expectations much more, making him feel weak. But he does not let this weakness and insecurity be seen or perceived easily. Only those who know him most deeply know or sense his internal conflicts.
