Mischief Squad
- Badass Crew: The Princes of Mischief and Thunder, the Ninth Wielder of One for All, the Bearer of the Ten Rings are just some of the additions of this team, and they keep getting more badass as more people join up. Even Mei and Melissa, who are in Support Course start to count as such during I-Island.
- Fire-Forged Friends: From the USJ, to Hosu and I-Island, they are ready to go to hell and back for each other.
- Friendless Background: So far Denki and Setsuna seem to be the only exceptions to this. Each of them had pretty lonely childhood for different reasons. Izuku because nobody wanted to be friends with someone with a Quirk to weak for heroics; Ochako because she was poor; Fumikage because people were creeped out by his and Dark Shadow's appearance as well as his gothic personality; Momo because most people only saw her as means to get through her family and their wealth; Shoto because Endeavor never saw the point of letting him get close to others and Hitoshi because of his "villainous Quirk", and the fact he is a descendant of Killgrave.
- Friendly Rivalry: With the rest of 1-A. Given Izuku and Momo's Sitcom Arch-Nemesis relationship, they have establish this dynamic, with Izuku and Mischief Squad trying to prank their classmates, while Momo and everybody else attempts to stop them.
- Pop-Cultured Badass: They are teenagers, after all, so of course they have a deep knowledge of video games and movies, and all of them are students of the Hero Course.
- Positive Friend Influence: Most of them act as such towards the most problematic members of the Squad, like Izuku, Tenko, Shoto and Hitoshi.
- Ragtag Bunch of Misfits: To the point you could swith their name to "Misfits Squad" and it would fit the same.
- Secret Keepers: All of them are aware of the existance of aliens and the supernatural.
- True Companions: They will always be by each other's side no matter what.

League of Villains
- Adapted Out: Muscular and Moonfish are not members of the League here, and are replaced with Kraven, Taskmaster and Daken.
- Adaptational Diversity: Besides Himiko and Magne, Hirona and Nagant are also members of the League.
- Adaptational Badass: The League has a level of power and intelligence they only managed to reach by the time of the Meta Liberation Army arc, and it's arguably even better, since Hirona is far more competent than Tomura early canon, not to mention how they have Lady Nagant and several others experienced villains like Kraven and Taskmaster helping them improve tremendously by the time of the Guardians Trainning Camp arc.
- Badass Crew: Even more so than canon thanks to the additions of Marvel villains.
- The Bad Guy Wins: Despite losing some of it's members halfway through the mission, the League still manages to capture Tenko during their attack in Knowhere.
- Big Bad Ensemble: Despite working under All for One, by the time of the Final Exams arc, Hirona is already making plans to cut ties with her former master and take control of her own life, not to mention how she is Locked Out of the Loop regarding All for One's plans with Loki and Thanos.
- Dark and Troubled Past: All of them have this in spades, even the grown up members like Nagant and Taskmaster have their share of angst.
- Equal-Opportunity Evil: As mentioned under Adaptational Diversity, the League has four female members in the crew instead of just two, and in a matter sexuality, Hirona is lesbian, Himiko and Daken are bisexual (maybe pan in Daken's case) and Magne is transgender.
- Evil Counterpart: As whole, to Mischief Squad. They are Ragtag Bunch of Misfits with very troubled lives that had no one before meeting each other. Except unlike them, there was no positive influence to help them until it was too late.
- Last Episode, New Character: All the future members of the League excluding Hirona, Kurogiri and Nagant are introduced in Chapter 42, the de facto ending of Season 2.
- Took a Level in Badass: Thanks to their trainning prior to the Guardians Trainning Camp, they are far more Strong and Skilled than in early canon.
- Villainous Friendship: Despite some vitriol (mostly from Hirona and Mustard's part) they end up striking a great of comradery with each other. Dabi and Daken are exceptions though, but they are mostly friends with each other.

- Alien Invasion: Their goal. First Thanos and his forces will lay waste against Asgard and retrieve the Power Stone, then they will attack Earth as part of their bargain to Loki.
