Children
- Played by: Eduardo Estrela
An orphan boy who lives inside in a box. Tends to cause lots of mischief around the neighborhood, which leads to him often getting scolded by the adults, especially by Dona Dina.
- Big Eater: He is often starving and, as a result, really loves to eat when he gets the opportunity to.
- Character Catchphrase:
- "Tô pìrulitando" (a made-up expression that has the meaning of "I'm getting away out of here"), usually when he is trying to escape from trouble.
- "Eu não tive a intenção" ("I did not have the intention"), when he does something accidentally. Clearly copied from El Chavo's catchphrase "Fue sin querer queriendo".
- Iconic Item: A blue bag he always carries over his shoulder, apparently meant to emulate El Chavo's overalls.
- Would Hit a Girl: In "Múmias", he hits Lilica's head with his wooden toy car.
- Played by: Davi Taui
A rich, spoiled boy.
- Disappeared Dad: His biological dad is never seen or mentioned, and her mother is dating Seu Picoco, the owner of the nearby store.
- Inconsistent Spelling: His name is interchangeably said as "Marquinhos" and "Marquinho" on different occasions.
- Played by: David Fantazzini
An overweight fat boy, he loves eating and often gets made fun of by his weight. This also causes him to have less agility on the games, due to being too heavy.
- Big Eater: He loves eating, and can't resist staying without eating anything for much long.
- Smart People Wear Glasses: He is the only kid on the neighborhood to wear glasses, and is usually the smart one.
- Played by: Ana Andreatta
The only girl in the team, Lilica always carries her doll Catita around, with which she sometimes hits her friends with when she gets angry. She is very bossy and likes to be the leader of all the games.
- Iconic Item: She is never seen without her doll, which she tends to carry strapped on her waist.
- Missing Mom: Her mother is apparently deceased, and she lives only with her dad and grandma.
- Pink Means Feminine: Her usual outfit includes pink overalls.
- Signature Attack: Whacking her doll on others' faces.
Adults
- Played by: Lara Córdula
A grumpy woman that thinks she and her son are on a higher class level than the rest of the neighborhood and thus, superior to everyone else. Often gets into arguments with her neighbors, especially Miguelito and Seu Flodoaldo. She is also an excellent cook, and madly in love with Seu Picoco, the owner of the store.
- Hair-Trigger Temper: It is not hard to make her angry. In fact, the slightest provocation will make her absolutely fuming.
- No Indoor Voice: Other than the rare times she is calm, she tends to constantly scream at the top of her lungs.
- Signature Attack: A heavy punch on Seu Flodoaldo when she gets fed up with him.
- Supreme Chef: She prepares really tasty food, such as a cake she bakes for Seu Picoco in the first episode, but Miguelito ends up eating it all.
- Played by: Hélio Cícero
The owner of a store near the neighborhood, of which the kids like to buy sweets from. He is in love with Dona Dina and visits her from time to time.
- Played by: Luiz Baccelli
A lazy, unemployed guy who hates working and does not pay the rent. Often gets into heated banter with Dona Tita, who hates him due to her perceived higher social status. He is Lilica's father and Dona Carola's son.
- Momma's Boy: His mother Dona Carola seems to spoil him very much, such as comforting him when the kids call him ugly.
- Played by: Hélio Cícero
The landlord of the neighborhood. He hates his tenants due to them never paying the rent, and thus tries to scheme evil plans to force them out of the neighborhood, without success.
- Big Bad: The main antagonist of the show.
- Just Eat Gilligan: While he is portrayed as a cartoonish villain with evil schemes, if his problem is the tenants not paying the rent, it would be much more simple and practical to just give them an eviction notice.
- Played by: Luah Galvão
The teacher of the children. She tends to show up to give some kind of moral lesson to the other characters.
- Berserk Button: She does not take it well to be called by her full name, Leopoldina.
- The Pirates Who Don't Do Anything: Despite being a teacher, she is never seen actually teaching at the school, due to the neighborhood being the only place seen. Instead, her role is usually to give a lesson to other characters.
- Long-Lost Uncle Aesop: Most of her appearances involve her having a conversation with one of the kids, and delivering the episode's aesop to them.
- Played by: Luah Galvão
Seu Flodoaldo's mother and Lilica's grandmother.
- Hollywood Old: Despite being an elderly lady, she does not have wrinkles and looks like a young lady. This is because her actress was only twenty-seven years old when the show aired.
