Katase
A Japanese General, and leader of the JLF.
- Came Back Wrong: Zombification brought all his worst attributes to the forefront (like being willing to attack a hospital).
- Evil All Along: His zombie admits that, prior to the start of the story, he'd realized that defeating Britannia was impossible ... so he switched gears to spitefully causing as much harm as possible to Britannia, regardless of what good it did anybody.
- Losing Your Head: He's only a head when he's brought back as a zombie. He's still a significant threat.
- Transhuman Treachery: Comes back as a zombie head in the third Arc.

The leader of the JLF's Four Holy Swords squadron, famed for winning the only Japanese victory in the war with Britannia. Joins the Black Knights in Arc 2.
- Gravity Master: Tohdoh's Stand lets him attach ofuda tags to opponents, which then modifies their weight based on their altitude in relation to Tohdoh.

- Achilles' Heel: As a Stand-possessing undead, he (through the Stand) can be influenced by Geass. This plays a crucial role in killing him a second time.
- Asshole Victim: No one mourned his passing after Kewell killed him. Let alone the time as a zombie.
- Forced Transformation: His Stand can turn anything that offends him Japanese, from people all the way up to Knightmares.
- In Spite of a Nail: He still dies in a manner that leaves people believing he committed suicide. However, this version gets resurrected as a zombie and comes back for revenge, lasting for much of the third arc before being put down for good.
- No Kill like Overkill: He's killed permanently when the Ikaruga's cannon fires on him, completely disintegrating him and his Knightmare.
Civilians
Mirai Kozuki
Power - Stand / Geass: Hey Jude
Kallen's mother, and a maid in her house.
- Death by Adaptation: Dies from the effect of a Stand and Geass mixing, her Refrain coma being the only reason she'd survived thus far.
- Set Right What Once Went Wrong: Tried to change the timeline to her family's benefit multiple times with her Stand. It never seemed to work, and often led to V.V. killing her.
- Silk Hiding Steel: She only really shows it after her death, but Charles notes that her children clearly got their fire from her.
