Ohgi
Power - Geass: Emotional Outburst
The leader of the Kozuki Resistance Cell, and the one who initially forms the Black Knights as a protection from enemy Stands.
- Emotion Bomb: Ohgi's Geass causes everyone around him to feel any emotion he chooses, although the effect influences him as well.
- Power Incontinence: Eventually loses control of his Geass, which makes him broadcast his emotions every time he speaks. Ohgi's forced to use a text-to-speech program to get around it.
Rakshata
The chief Knightmare Frame designer of the Black Knights.
- Mad Scientist: A genius eccentric, very skilled at creating her 'babies'.
- Oh, Crap!: Like Lloyd, she freaks out when the Guren S.E.I.T.E.N. appears in the climax of Arc 3.
Diethard Reid
Power - Stand: Money For Nothing
A reporter obsessed with recording history in the making.
- Face–Heel Turn: Like in canon, he sides with Schneizel in the last battle.
- Transhuman Treachery: Becomes a Vampire in the final battle.

Tamaki
Power - Stand: Satisfaction
A hotheaded rebel with a streak of bad luck.
- Adaptational Badass: While Tamaki was no push-over in canon, in this story he becomes such a powerhouse thanks to his Stand that, come the One of Us battle, Ohgi's narration notes that, even without a Knightmare, he'd be capable of turning the tide of the fight in his side's favor.
- Power Incontinence: Gets a Stand he has no control of. Unless it's protecting his life, it mainly works to Troll him.
- Sealed Evil in a Duel: 'Evil' is stretching it, but this is how Ohgi stops him in the One of Us battle; keeping them both stuck in Take On Me in a philosophical debate, ensuring that neither can escape and aid their side. They're both let out after the fighting has stopped.
Kozuki Resistance Cell
Naomi, Kento, Toru, Minami
The rebel group that forms the initial membership of the Black Knights.
- Demoted to Extra: They have far less importance in the story than they do in canon.
Kenneth
A Britannian who joined the Black Knights (basically just because).
- Bit Character: Mainly exists to acknowledge their are Britannians in the BK's ranks, and to carry a small joke plotline at his expense.
- Butt-Monkey: By the end of his chapter, he's 'rewarded' for his bravery in trying to out a 'spy' by being sent to work in waste disposal to check on any other spies. The leadership agrees to clarify he's not on punishment detail after the need for secrecy is over (assuming they remember).
- Poor Communication Kills: He misinterprets a conversation between Kallen and Kaguya to mean they've been taken over by the Chinese (in actuality, they're faking it to fool them) and nearly storms a leadership meeting to warn Zero.
Samuel
A Britannian Black Knight and Kenneth's friend.
- Only Sane Man: Has the sense to realize Kenneth's overreacting and tries to calm him down.
