The love interest of Simp, as well as a couple others. Distinguished by bright red locks. Named Cherie if female, or Chad if male.- Girlfriend in Canada: Senpai brings them up in order to reject Simp.
- Girlish Pigtails: Cherie has them, as an homage to Yandere Simulator's Witness-chan.
- Sobriquet Sex Switch: Once Cherie was named, the two most common name suggestions for male Senpai were Barry (aiming for a rhyme) and Chad (aiming for alliteration).

- Full-Name Basis: Despite two other characters having known last names, she is the only one whose last name is in the student listing on Simp's PDA and on her dorm nameplate.
- Go-Getter Girl: Used to be the Student Council President at her high school, and managed to get good enough grades to get into the university where the game is set with a scholarship.
- Workaholic: Consumed by work and desire to become an actress. Ai has incredible skill that she built up since childhood.

- Occidental Otaku: Commonly replaces English words with Japanese words, before quickly correcting herself. She has also been revealed to major in Japanese in older builds of the game, and in the final version, her task involves locating her lost manga, while Taika's task involves stealing manga from her.

In original builds, she was a cat who followed Simp around. However, due to model animation issues, the feature was cut, and in the final version, only a likeness of her appears in some of the pieces of art in the gallery. Or is that it? Actually, she's still in the game, as an easter egg, behind the male dorms. Not only that, a human named Jasmine can be found, as an unkillable ghost, in the abandoned classroom at night.- Me's a Crowd: At least one free version used to have multiple, immobile Jasmine models scattered around the school.
- Russian Reversal: One of the artwork pieces in the gallery proclaims that "in sovietic [sic] Russia, Jasmine shoots you".
Simp Police

Though he was cut of of the game in the final version.

Among them, free versions featured Raimu and Seiko in person, while their mother Akane and their third sister Haruna remained rendered in pixel art.Alongside Maiko, they were removed as the creator sought to distance themself from harassment coming both from toxic Yandere Simulator fans and certain LOAYS volunteers.
- Dancing with Myself: Seiko was added to the game as a solo performer who would have quite an audience to herself. In the final game, Alex still refers to watching Seiko dance and looking up to her.
- Slasher Smile: One of Seiko's defining features - and she is by far the most evil of the sisters.
- Third-Person Person: Raimu.
Tashimi Yugowari
