    Nadeshiko Kagamihara
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/nadeshiko_s2_5.png
Voiced by: Yumiri Hanamori (Japanese), Morgan Garrett (English), Jocelyn Robles (Latin American Spanish)
A girl who recently moved to Yamanashi and became interested in camping due to a chance meeting with Rin.
  • Afraid of Blood: She's afraid of blood. It's to a point that, when she treats Rin for an eel lunch in Hamamatsu, she covers her eyes as the chef cleans the fresh eel. Rin wonders why she chose a table where she could see into the kitchen.
  • Airplane Arms: Runs like this when excited, and – since she's easily excitable – it is a frequent occurrence.
  • Animal Motif: She's compared to a dog due to being dynamic and easily distracted.
  • Big Eater: She loves to eat and can put away large amounts of food; she was actually Formerly Fat because of it, before she lost weight by biking laps around Lake Hamana. She shows her appetite twice in the third episode: first by eating dozens of gyoza, then asking Sakura to buy her fried rice, pudding, fried potatoes, chips, cake, ice cream, and ramen for breakfast (although Sakura is disinclined to acquiesce to these requests, superseding this list simply with "rice balls and tea, got it").
  • Birthday Buddies: She and Aoi share the same birthday, March 4. They're rather happy to realize this in the days leading up to the Izu trip.
  • Cheery Pink: Pink hair to coincide with her very exuberant personality.
  • Cute Clumsy Girl: She can often be clumsy, such as forgetting to have her cellphone (as well as forgetting her own number), falling asleep on a public bench then rolling off onto the pavement, and tripping on every object that enters her pathway.
  • The Ditz: She doesn't appear to be very bright (or at best, extremely absentminded); nearly the first thing we learn about her is that she does not carry a cell phone (nor any meaningful amounts of cash) with her when she cycles into the countryside of an unfamiliar place she moved into a day ago.
  • Establishing Character Moment: Rin first runs into her napping outside a public restroom facility at a campsite. After she learns about Nadeshiko's situation, she offers her some food, which Nadeshiko eats with joy.
  • Floral Theme Naming: She's named after the nadeshiko, which is the Japanese name for the dianthus superbus flower.
  • Formerly Fat: As a side effect of being a Big Eater, and the justification for her biking hobby and being Stronger Than They Look. When she was living in Shizuoka, Sakura had her bike laps around Lake Hamana to lose weight.
  • Genki Girl: She's always the most energetic girl of the OutClub.
  • Girlish Pigtails: She typically wears her hair in low pigtails, fitting with her girly and outgoing nature.
  • Girls with Moustaches: There's a brief shot of her wearing a fake mustache in the opening of the anime's first season. It's purely for humor and fits with her goofy personality.
  • Hidden Depths: Although she first appears to be the Ditz, Nadeshiko is in season 2 able to care for herself and to perform a solo camping without any help from someone other.
  • Heavy Sleeper: She can sleep through anything.
  • In-Universe Nickname: "Fujikko", due to the large number of Mount Fuji souvenirs she bought after the events in the third episode.
  • Ironic Name: Despite her given name literally being one half of Yamato Nadeshiko, she's too ditzy to fit the trope itself, as commented by many characters in-universe.
  • Location Theme Naming: Kagamihara is usually associated with a medium-sized city in central Japannote .
  • New Transfer Student: She moves into Yamanashi in November, in the middle of the Japanese school year.
  • Nice Girl: Nadeshiko is a bundle of joy wrapped in enthusiasm.
  • Red Oni, Blue Oni: The more emotional red oni to Rin's stoic blue.
  • Rose-Haired Sweetie: Nadeshiko is a kind, energetic girl with pink hair.
  • Running Gag:
    • Her tendency to enjoy eating just about anything usually gets a comment from Rin about how she makes whatever she's eating look a lot tastier than it might be, including something as pedestrian as a cup of instant noodles. This is one of the reasons Rin is so fond of her.
    • She also has a tendency to slip into a Granny Classic impersonation when cooking or boasting about her food.
  • Stronger Than They Look: In the fourth episode, Chiaki and Aoi are surprised by her running around with the camping supplies when the two are starting to get exhausted. The two even discuss having her carry their gear for them. Later in the second season, it's explained that she is Formerly Fat, and that her sister Sakura forced her to lose weight, making Nadeshiko fit and athletic as a result, this also being the reason she bikes wherever she goes.
  • Team Chef: Every time she has gone camping, she has been the one cooking for others, rendering her the de facto culinarian.

    Rin Shima
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/rin_s2.png
Voiced by: Nao Tōyama (Japanese), Celeste Perez (English), Ximena Fragoso (Latin American Spanish)
A girl who often camps alone in campsites around where she lives. She got her camping skills (and camping gear) from her grandfather, and also works at a bookstore.
  • Affectionate Nickname:
    • Played with, as it wasn't really a nickname but was treated as such: Chiaki has a habit of calling her "Shimarin", as initially, she wasn't aware that it's actually her whole name.
    • In the anime. Nadeshiko has a characteristically enthusiastic and affectionate way of pronouncing "Rin-chan", courtesy of her seiyuu.
  • Agent Mulder: She's constantly seen reading books about cryptids and UFOs. Funnily enough though, the one time she did have a close encounter she was too busy reading a book about aliens to notice it.
  • Bookworm: Reading is her second hobby after camping, and she'll often sit and enjoy a book once she has all of her camping gear set up. She seems to like reading books about cryptids, UFOs, and other kinds of occult phenomena. She also helps out at her school's library, and even works part-time at a bookstore to fund her camping trips.
  • Cool Bike: Downplayed. The intention remains the same, but since she's too young to ride a motorcycle, she rides a Yamaha Vino scooter.
    • Played straight in The Movie when she's inherited her grandfather's Thruxton.
  • Cuteness Proximity: She gets very inwardly excited seeing dogs.
    • In episode two, she sees two of them coming towards her after spotting them nearby. The first dog's leash is too short to reach her, so it's stopped a short distance away from her. Rin smirks at the poor pup's misfortune, but the second one's leash is much longer, and it ends up ramming into her.
    • When Rin sees another dog in a van in front of her, she plays with it by weaving her motor scooter left and right at intersections to see the dog change places in the back seats to see her. It's likely she also has this reaction after the van pulls out to reveal a car with around five or six dogs in the back.
  • Defrosting Ice Queen: She camps by herself at the start of the show, and early on is disgusted by the idea of camping with others. But as she starts to get to know the others more, she gradually warms up to them and is more willing to go camping with them (even though she never officially joins the Outdoor Activities Club).
  • Determinator: Proportionally to the ambiance of the series. Rin loves camping so much that she's willing to ride a scooter in fall/winter temperatures to reach her desired locations. This is the object of much praise from the Outdoors Club girls.
  • Establishing Character Moment: The series begins with Rin setting out to a campground by herself. Considering that the people working there recognize her, and she's shown to be very competent, it's clear that Rin has a lot of experience with camping. After noticing Nadeshiko napping on the bench, Rin occasionally checks up on her (albeit not going out of her way to do so), showing that while Rin is a bit of a loner, she does care about others.
  • Generation Xerox: We already knew Rin picked up her knack for camping and travelling from her grandpa, but Volume 8 of the manga shows that both her mother and father used to ride with Grandpa when they were younger; her mother avoids showing her any pictures, but the chapter end sketch suggests she was a bit more bold and loud than her daughter.
  • Heterosexual Life-Partners: With Nadeshiko, as most of the stuff that she does makes Rin happy. Nadeshiko's enthusiasm is such that it endears Rin to her, and makes Rin want more friends like her.
  • In-Series Nickname: Chiaki loves to call her "Shimarin".
  • Last-Name Basis: She calls Saitou by her last name, despite the fact that Rin calls all her other friends by her first names, Saitou calls Rin by her first name and everyone else calls Saitou by her first name, Ena.
  • Location Theme Naming: The name "Shima" is mostly associated with the Shima peninsula or the town associated with it.
  • Loners Are Freaks: A subversion; her introversion seems set up to be an obstacle in many occasions like when she's first reluctant to camp with Nadeshiko. But her preference for solo camping is generally accepted by her friends as what she loves to do, and Rin does make an effort to be social through other means like texting frequently and hanging out with Saito at work.
  • Naïve Newcomer: This definitely doesn't apply to her in the present day, since her introduction shows that she's a very experienced camper. However, the first episode of the anime's second season has a flashback to Rin's first solo camping trip, in which she makes rookie mistakes such as trying to start a fire with thick pieces of wood and burning the curry rice she'd planned on making. This goes to show that even though Rin is probably the best camper out of all the teenage characters, she was once a newbie like them.
  • Not So Stoic:
    • She may not speak or emote much, but her playing along with Ena's trolling in the second episode indicates she's actually quite lively inside.
    • She is inflexible in her solo camping, except when it comes to Nadeshiko.
    • She has a comically shocked face when an automated camera takes her photo on Mt. Omuro, one that matches the more expressive Nadeshiko.
  • Older Than She Looks: Because she's rather short, Rin happens to look like a middle schooler at best (to Toba-sensei's sister), and an elementary schooler at worst (to Nadeshiko). If anything, she's by far the most mature of the main cast.
  • O.O.C. Is Serious Business: During the Club's second excursion with Toba-sensei, Rin travels alone on her scooter from early in the morning; by the time the girls are settling in at a bath, she's falling asleep in the water and continues to nod off at other intervals; given she's normally quite involved and serious about camping, the other girls become quite concerned.
  • Outdoorsy Gal: She's a high school girl who likes camping solo.
  • The Quiet One: She does speak, but compared to the rest of the cast she's very quiet. About half of her dialogue is delivered through inner monologues.
  • Red Oni, Blue Oni: The more stoic blue oni to Nadeshiko's red.
  • Situational Sociability: A rather amusing example. Rin is stiff, laconic and maybe a bit grumpy in regular conversation, but her conversations by text message are a lot livelier and friendlier.
  • Through Her Stomach: Played with. One of the reasons Rin becomes fond of Nadeshiko is due to the boundless joy Nadeshiko expresses every time she feeds her and how much she loves the food that she and Rin share. So, Nadeshiko won over Rin through her own stomach.

    Ena Saito
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/ena_s2.png
Voiced by: Rie Takahashi (Japanese), Molly Zhang (English), Estefanía Piedra (Latin American Spanish), Mildred Barrera (Latin American Spanish, ep.6)
Rin's tomboyish friend.
  • Animal Lover: Dogs are quite near and dear to her, and by the time of the movie, she's running a pet salon.
  • Best Friend: She was Rin's closest friend before the latter met Nadeshiko.
  • Canine Companion: She's frequently with her dog when she isn't at school and will send cute pictures of him to Rin while she's out camping.
  • The Gadfly: Ena seems to like messing up Rin for fun sometimes, like making a bear-like bun hair out of Rin, or asking Rin to buy her lunch while knowing well Rin's camping.
  • Location Theme Naming: As lampshaded in the tenth episode's Stinger, her name comes from a river valley in Gifu best known for its stone formations, or the town associated with it.
  • Not a Morning Person: Makes little-to-no effort to get out of bed in the morning.
    • Once, when she finally dragged herself out of bed to take Chikawa for a walk, a single gust of wintry air made both of them burrow right back under the covers again.
    • Whereas the other four girls made a big deal out of seeing the New Year's sunrise (twice, in the Outclub's case), Ena woke up well after the sun had cleared the horizon and wasn't bothered in the slightest.
  • Small Role, Big Impact: While she's the least featured of the girls, Ena is the reason Rin starts gradually accepting Chiaki and Aoi, and at large, to camp with a group.

    Chiaki Oogaki
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/chiaki_s2.png
Voiced by: Sayuri Hara (Japanese), Katelyn Barr (English), Analiz Sánchez (Latin American Spanish)
The founder of the Outdoor Activities Club.
  • Affectionate Nickname: Her friends tend to shorten her name to "Aki" or "Aki-chan".
  • Bespectacled Cutie: She’s a cute girl who wears glasses.
  • Character Development: By the time of The Movie, she's grown responsible enough to work at the offices of the local prefecture, and put together a presentation to develop the new campground.
  • Didn't Think This Through: She fails to do adequate preparation for the Lake Yamanaka camping trip, resulting in her getting more than a few unpleasant surprises, especially when she doesn't take into account that they would be camping at an elevation two or three thousand feet higher than sea level where it would be much much colder than any weather forecast at sea level. This is pointed out by the narrator too.
  • Genki Girl: Chiaki the dorkiest and most playful of the four girls, which doesn't sit well with Rin initially.
  • Girlish Pigtails: She often wears her hair in high pigtails, which fit her playful and immature personality. She stops wearing her hair this way after Ena cuts her hair to shoulder-length.
  • Know-Nothing Know-It-All: Downplayed, but she often tries to act cooler and more experienced than she really is. Despite her position as leader, all of the others (even Nadeshiko) are savvier about camping than she is. This comes to bite her in the ass during the Lake Yamanaka trip, since she didn't bother to check how cold it would be at night before they arrived.
  • Large Ham: She'll unexpectedly burst into loud theatrics when something gets her enthused. It definitely makes her a very magnetic club leader.
  • The Leader: She's the president of the Outdoors Club, and she's usually the one who encourages the girls to camp.
  • Location Theme Naming: As lampshaded in the tenth episode's Stinger, her name comes from a city in southern Gifu.
  • Nervous Wreck: During her job interview, she's so nervous that when prompted to sit on a bottle crate box, she forgets to turn it and plunges into the box.
  • Oh, Crap!: During the Lake Yamanaka trip, she panics when she checks the weather on her phone, which is almost out of power, and sees that it's -2 degrees Celsius(28.4 degrees Fahrenheit), at only 4:30 in the afternoon, meaning that it'll only get colder once the sun sets.
  • Ridiculous Procrastinator: Often puts off studying for tests; Aoi recounts that this is something she's done all the time with her. This is why her grades are the worst of the trio.
  • Smart People Wear Glasses: Inverted; she wears a large pair of glasses and often tries to act savvy and experienced about camping, but she's really more of a Know-Nothing Know-It-All and she actually has the worst grades out of all the main characters.
  • Verbal Tic: Courtesy of her VA, Chiaki has a characteristically nasal and playful way of speaking which closely reflects her jokey, dorky personality. She also has very boyish speech patterns, typically using masculine speech particles like "ze" or "da zo".

    Aoi Inuyama
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/aoi_s2.png
Voiced by: Aki Toyosaki (Japanese), Hanna Alyea (English), Monserrat Aguilar (Latin American Spanish)
The only other member of the Outdoor Activities Club.
  • Big Ol' Eyebrows: Her eyebrows are noticeably thick and somehow visible through her hair and occasionally her hat.
  • Birthday Buddies: She and Nadeshiko share the same birthday, March 4. They're rather happy to realize this in the days leading up to the Izu trip.
  • Compulsive Liar: Aoi likes to tell completely made-up facts or just straight-up lie to Nadeshiko, purely to mess with her for the fun of it. It appears to run in her family as well.
  • Cute Little Fangs: She has one that's always visible, even when her mouth is closed; due to the art style it looks like a triangular flap of skin hanging off her upper lip. It serves to highlight her mischievous streak. It also runs in the family, as evidenced by her little sister Akari also having one.
  • In-Series Nickname: Chiaki calls her "Inuko" ("Dog Girl"), since her family name Inuyama means "dog mountain"; according to the manga she's been doing it since the two first met.
  • The Gadfly: During the Heya Camp segments, she really likes messing with people by telling them completely made-up facts when the opportunity arises. Her sister Akari also engages in this, with both of them working together to really screw around with Nadeshiko's head.
  • Location Theme Naming: As lampshaded in the tenth episode's Stinger, her name comes from the city just south of the aforementioned Kagamihara, on the other side of the prefectural boundary.
  • Oddly Visible Eyebrows: Her Big Ol' Eyebrows are drawn to look as though they're somehow located over her hair rather than under it. They can even be seen over the hats she wears.
  • Pinocchio Nose: Her irises will shrink and lose gloss when she tells a lie. Chiaki learns to spot it, and so does Nadeshiko.
  • Straight Man and Wise Guy: She plays the role of straight girl to the ditzy Aki, often snarking at her overexcitement and impulsiveness. The same applies to Nadeshiko when they're grouped together.

    Minami Toba
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/s2_toba_sensei_yurucamp_jp.png
Voiced by: Shizuka Itō (Japanese), Leah Clark (English), Itzel Mendoza (Latin American Spanish, ep.7), Noriko Takaya (Latin American Spanish, eps.10-12, 13), Mildred Barrera (Latin American Spanish, eps, 14, 16)

A substitute history teacher in Motosu High School who becomes the advisor for the Outdoor Activity Club.

  • Big Ol' Eyebrows: Has a pair similar to Aoi, only slightly wider.
  • Character Development: She starts taking her role as the Outclub's advisor more seriously over time, especially after Chiaki and the others' Lake Yamanaka trip almost ends in disaster due to lack of preparation. To avoid a repeat of that incident, she asks the Outdoor Activity Club to run their plans by her first from now on. She also starts cutting back on her alcohol consumption so she can be more alert and able to get the girls where they need without designated drivers.
  • Cool Teacher: While she does have an immature side, she grows to be a very attentive and supportive club advisor the more time she spends with the girls. By the time of their trip to Izu, she's fully hands on with making it the best experience possible for everyone.
  • Drives Like Crazy: Played for Laughs; In order to see the "Diamond Fuji"note , she drives faster in Episode 2 of Season 2, complete with drifting. Notably, she doesn't act this way at all in the manga or after this scene in the anime.
  • Eyes Always Shut: She has her eyes closed most of the time, if not covered by her shiny glasses. The only time her eyes shown open is in her first appearance as the drunk lady who is with the "fire starter guy" that Nadeshiko and Rin met (who turned out to be her younger sister) and the above-mentioned Drives Like Crazy moment.
  • Foolish Sibling, Responsible Sibling: The hard-drinking Foolish sibling to Ryouko's Responsible sibling.
  • Hard-Drinking Party Girl: In her first appearance, she's completely wasted while camping with her younger sister, and even tries to get Rin and Nadeshiko to drink some of the sake she brought with her. Her favorite pastime is drinking copious amounts of beer while watching TV dramas, buying six-packs at the liquor store Chiaki works daily (earning her the nickname "Miss Chug" from the employees). Her sister always fears she'll get fired for drinking alcohol at work.
  • Last-Name Basis: She politely addresses her students by their last names with the "-san" honorific.
  • Location Theme Naming: Toba is a city in Mie Prefecture.
  • Naughty by Night: She's reasonably professional while on the job, but quite the heavy drinker when camping or at home.
  • Ocular Gushers: During the Izu trip, she indulges in a beer after taking a bath in a hot spring, then cries these after she has to pay 3,000 yen (roughly $30 US) for a replacement driver to reach the campsite.
  • Sensei-chan: She puts up a professional image while at school, but the students of the Outdoor Club soon find out that she's more of a Hard-Drinking Party Girl when camping. Naturally, she comes off as a lot less mature when drunk.
  • Trademark Favorite Food: Booze in general, but she has an affinity for pan-fried bacon with a side of beer; it's the first thing she expresses interest in when helping the girls plan their Christmas camp, and the first thing she starts cooking when they arrive.

    Chikuwa
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/ae3de88df0dbf90202b5e9eb7960181f.jpg
Voiced by: Kristen McGuire (English)
Saitou's dog who tags along on the club's outings.
  • Precious Puppy: An adorable dog that the club all unanimously dotes on.
  • Team Pet: Literally; Saitou brings him along to keep everyone company while camping.

Relatives

    Sakura Kagamihara
Voiced by: Marina Inoue (Japanese), Robin Clayton (English), Angélica Villa (Latin American Spanish)

Nadeshiko's level-headed sister. She's a college student studying in Koufu, the prefectural capital.

  • Anger Born of Worry: She whacks Nadeshiko on the head and violently shoves her into the car over how upset she got after Nadeshiko left without her cell phone.
  • Birds of a Feather: A platonic example with Rin; she's basically an adult version of Rin in demeanor, hence why they get along so much in the few instances they meet.
  • Cool Big Sis: She's often the sombre big sister who keeps Nadeshiko in line, especially about the amount of food she eats. Of course, while Nadeshiko loves her sister, she's also somewhat afraid of her, especially when Sakura made Nadeshiko go cycling in order to lose weight.
  • Floral Theme Naming: She's named after Cherry Blossoms.
  • Foolish Sibling, Responsible Sibling: The responsible half of this duo.
  • Hidden Depths: While she is calm and composed, she absolutely loves driving around, so much that if Nadeshiko were to ask her to drive her around the world, she would probably do it in a beat.
  • Stoic Spectacles: Her glasses bring more of a mature charm, and she doesn't show much emotion aside from when she gets angry at Nadeshiko.

    Akari Inuyama
Voiced by: Risae Matsuda (Japanese), Lindsay Seidel (English), Alessia Becerril (Latin American Spanish)

Aoi's mischievous younger sister, who occasionally tags along on the Outclub's camping trips.

  • The Baby of the Bunch: Considering she's elementary school age, she's treated like this compared to the rest of the high school cast.
  • Blue with Shock: Her reaction when she learns that a tombolo isn't food, but a path between two bodies of land that is revealed at low tide. Since Akari had spent much of the trip looking forward to eating tombolo, she's not happy about it.
  • Blush Stickers: She has permanent ones on her cheeks, indicating how she's the youngest named character in the cast.
  • Cute Little Fangs: Much like her older sister, she has a prominent fang that's drawn to look as though it's part of her upper lip.
  • First-Name Basis: Strangely enough, she calls her older sister "Aoi-chan" rather than using Japanese Sibling Terminology (e.g. Nadeshiko calls Sakura "Onee-chan.")
  • The Gadfly: She's just as fond of messing with people as her older sister. They'll sometimes mess with people together, or even mess with each other just for the fun of it.
  • In-Series Nickname: Chiaki calls her "Mini Inuko", since she looks so much like Aoi.
  • Strong Family Resemblance: She looks like a smaller version of Aoi, only with lighter-colored hair, Blush Stickers, and her eyes being blue instead of green. This is only exacerbated when Akari wears the same clothes as Aoi during a visit to the club.

    Hajime Shinshiro/The Narrator
Voiced by: Akio Ōtsuka (Japanese), Milton Wolch (Latin American Spanish)

Rin's grandfather, who seems to be the reason why Rin is interested in camping in an early age. Ohtsuka also performs the anime's narration; and since the narration is always about camping skills, it's probably narrated by the Hajime.

  • Cool Bike: He owns a Triumph Thruxton as part of his Cool Old Guy setup.
  • Cool Old Guy: He doesn't go camping as much as he used to, but he still rides around on a motorcycle and he offers Chiaki some meat he's grilling when she runs into him. Chiaki inwardly calls him a "classy old grandpa" and thinks he looks like he could be in a coffee commercial (referring to Tommy Lee Jones and a series of Japandering coffee commercials he did during the 90s).

    Ryouko Toba
Voiced by: Sachi Kokuryu (Japanese), Rowan Gilvie (English), José Luis Piedra (Latin American Spanish)

Minami's younger sibling. Contrary to appearances, she's Minami's sister, not her brother.

  • Bifauxnen: As a short-haired and tall woman, she looks rather androgynous. The girls of the OEC Club mistook her for a man when they first met her.
  • Cross-Dressing Voices: In the Latin American Spanish dub, she's voiced by an actor. This was made to emphasize her traits and not her gender.
  • Foolish Sibling, Responsible Sibling: The Responsible sibling to Minami's Foolish, since she keeps Minami in line.

    Ayano Toki
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/ayano_toki.png
Voiced by: Tomoyo Kurosawa (Japanese), Katie Welch (English)
Nadeshiko's friend since childhood who still lives in their hometown. She's friendly yet very low-energy compared to her hyperactive counterpart.
  • Ascended Extra: She's introduced in Season 2 as Nadeshiko's friend from her home town and only appears in a few episodes. By Season 3, though, she and Rin become camping buddies and Ayano starts to hang out with the Outdoors Club regularly.
  • Establishing Character Moment: She's introduced in Season 2 lounging at the home of Nadshiko's grandma, and proceeds to belly crawl her way to greeting Nadeshiko and Rin. Already you see how low-energy she is compared to her friend.
  • Location Theme Naming: Again, she's named after a city in Gifu.
  • Mirror Character: You can tell by meeting her why Nadeshiko gets along so well with Rin. Both Ayano and Rin serve as Nadeshiko's more grounded Foil and are similarly low-energy. Ayano makes the same comment as Rin from Episode 1 about Nadeshiko always making food look tastier than it is by how happy she is eating it.
