    Catherine Cobert

  • Sexy Secretary: Started out as this to Captain Atom in Justice League International. Then Max promoted her and made her his boss. He couldn't have been more thrilled. Interestingly, he had genuine feelings for her but still wasn't over his dead wife. She just wanted to sleep with him, and broke things off when she realized that he was much more serious about her than she about him.
  • Unfazed Everyman: She mentioned this when Lord appointed her chief. Lord says that he's one as well.

    Lucas "Snapper" Carr

A normal human who coincidentally got caught up in the League's first big adventure (second in-universe) due to being covered in lime after some gardening, which Starro the Conqueror could not affect. In recognition of his (accidental) assistance, the League made him an honorary member.

  • Sidekick: Collectively to the whole original lineup.
  • Took a Level in Badass: After becoming an agent of Checkmate.
  • Totally Radical: In the early Silver Age, he spoke in constant slang and was always fixing hot rods, going to baseball games, and so on. Acknowledged in the JLA/Avengers Crossover when Marvel's Rick Jones says that Carr is an okay guy "no matter how he talks". And when Rick Jones thinks your slang is outdated, brother, you got problems.

    The Phantom Stranger

AKA: Unknown
Abilities: Sorcery, immortality

A mysterious wanderer who pops up all throughout space and time whenever he is needed. In the League's early years, he was offered membership and accepted, but has never performed active duty—he's more of an honorary member, really. Still, the Stranger appears from time to time to warn the League of impending danger and help them out in times of dire need. See his own page for more.

    Power Girl's Cat
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/power_girls_cat_001.jpg

A mangy, ill-tempered tabby taken in by Power Girl during her time with Justice League Europe. The cat had a violent relationship with the rest of the team, especially Guy Gardner, and frequently tried to eat Blue Jay.

  • Sitcom Archnemesis: To Blue Jay.
  • Spanner in the Works: Has served as this against both badguys and goodguys. Whether it was aware of that is debatable.
  • Team Pet: Much to the team's chagrin.
  • We Named the Monkey "Jack": Power Girl named the cat "Wally", but Wally did not want to share the name of such a disgusting creature (Wally West, not the cat). Then she named it "Guy", but that didn't stick either.

    Sue Dibny

  • Dropped a Bridge on Her: The poor Sue got a lot of this in Identity Crisis (2004), both in-story and out. Her mysterious murder was 1) the impetus of a company-wide Crisis Crossover in which it was revealed that she was 2) murdered by Jean Loring in a convoluted attempt to make her ex-husband The Atom/Ray Palmer love her again, and it was revealed that she was 3) raped years ago, which had provoked a number of retconned events from the DC universe's past, which were 4) used to fuel future drama and storylines in the other DC titles.
  • Happily Married: To Ralph. They have shared a long relationship and many readers considered their loving relationship a breath of fresh air in an era when comics were becoming darker.
  • I Have You Now, My Pretty: Both from the evil Doctor Light who raped her. And the villain Sonar who kidnapped her.
  • Team Mom: In the Justice League International.
  • Unfazed Everyman: As far as a retcon rape victim is concerned.

    Yazz

A blue pterodactyl-like alien who was part of an alien "zoo" the post-Zero Hour team found on the Overmaster's spaceship when they repurposed it as the new Justice Leage Satellite, and who joined the team as wacky sidekick and accountant.

  • Ambiguous Gender: When Wally West asks "Don't you miss the female of your species?" Yazz replies "What if I am the female of my species?" Yazz is both amused and interested by the reaction to this suggesting that humans need to know someone's gender to know how to relate to them, so decides to never give an answer either way.
