    Human Management Team

John Hammond

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/jpog_johnhammond.jpg
The CEO of InGen and creator of Jurassic Park. He contacts you to report on your performance and park ratings.

  • Big Good: Though not The Leader, since this is your job.
  • Spared by the Adaptation: John Hammond is alive and the game always begins with a date of 2001. He died, according to canon, in 1997. This implies that, in the films, he literally died from the stress of Jurassic Park's failure. No such problem here - it was successful!
  • The Team Benefactor

Peter Ludlow

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/jpog_peterludlow.jpg
The financial director of InGen, and will inform you on your profits and losses.

Alan Grant

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/jpog_alangrant.jpg
A world-famous paleontologist who oversees your fossil hunting expeditions. He reports to you on new discoveries and status of the fossil market whenever a new shipment is coming.

Henry Wu

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/jpog_henrywu.jpg
InGen's head geneticist and creator of InGen's cloning technology, and is responsible for extracting DNA from fossils for your dinosaurs. He is also in charge of the research department.

  • Adaptational Heroism: In light of the events of Jurassic World never happened, Henry Wu stays loyal to John Hammond's ideal of creating dinosaurs for positive purposes rather than going all Mad Scientist and trying to create a mutant biological weapon out of them like his film counterpart.
  • The Smart Guy

Ellie Sattler

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/jpog_elliesattler.jpg
The park's dinosaur manager. She is an expert on paleoecology and botany, and monitors the health of your dinosaurs. She contacts you when a dinosaur is sick, comatose, or dead.

Ray Arnold

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/jpog_rayarnold.jpg
The park administrator. He monitors weather forecasts and oversees the park maintenance and daily operations. He will inform the player of any damages to park property.

Robert Muldoon

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/jpog_robertmuldoon.jpg
The park warden and is in charge of all the park security systems and rangers. He is also the supervisor of the Safari Ride and Balloon Tour attractions.

Jane Powers

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/jpog_janepowers.png
The public relations manager. She contacts the player with any attraction or visitor problems (and the only person not to appear in any of the films, novels, and other games, however replacing Ed Regis, the parks public relations manager in the novel).
