    Ana Catarina
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/idj_personagem.png
"Hi. You're kinda quirky, ain't you?"
Voiced by: Melissa Garcia
A pretty, blonde girl who's Jorel's brother's crush.
  • Alpha Bitch: In Season 1.
  • Ambiguously Absent Parent: Her mother appears in her house during her birthday party, but the dad is never seen; it's unclear if he lives there or not, and if he just didn't appear but lives there. All that's known is, since Samantha is Ana Catarina's sister and their mom looks like the latter, their father likely looks like Samantha.
  • Depending on the Writer: In some episodes, she's implied to be attracted to Jorel, but most of the time, she's one of the only few girls who does not have a crush on him.
  • Everyone Loves Blondes: Jorel's brother is in love with her.
  • Girly Girl with a Tomboy Streak: She has a very feminine appearance, but is also very good at soccer.
  • Hidden Depths: She's an excellent soccer player, and is able to effortlessly win a soccer game against an entire team of grown men.
  • Leitmotif: Carlos Felino's song "Impossible Love" is usually representing her.
  • Magic Skirt: She wears an extremely short skirt, but it doesn't really move much.
  • Non-Standard Character Design: She has big sparkling green eyes, in contrast to most characters who don't even have colored pupils.
  • Phrase Catcher: When Jorel's brother sees her, he tends to go: "Ana... *inhales* Catariiiinaaaa!"
  • Satellite Love Interest: Most of her appearances are just being Jorel's brother's crush. William Shostners and Jorginho occasionally are seen crushing on her as well.
  • Sibling Yin-Yang: Her and Samantha are very different from each other, with the very fact of them being sisters being surprising.
    • While Ana Catarina is a gorgeous girl, Samantha is a mounstrous creature that doesn't even look like a person.
    • Ana Catarina is usually calm, quiet and kind (less so in Season 1, though). Samantha is a brutish, short-tempered bully that uses her strength to harm anyone that she wants to.
  • Took a Level in Kindness: In Season 1, she wasn't too fond of Lara or Jorel's brother, and preferred William Shostners, the rich kid, over the latter. In Season 2, she is friendly to Jorel's brother, doesn't seem to have issues with Lara, and seems to only pretend to be friends with William Shostners.
  • Tomboy and Girly Girl: Girly girl to Lara's tomboy.
  • Single Girl Seeks Most Popular Guy: With William Shostners, but only in Season 1.
  • Statuesque Stunner: One of the tallest kids at her class, and by far the prettiest as well.

    Beto Cachinhos
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/beto_cachinhos.png
"Aaaaaugh!"
Voiced by: Andrei Duarte
An accident-prone boy who has several bruises and is permanently wearing a cast on his hand and a neck protector. He's named after his gold curly hair.
  • Appearance Angst: He's upset over having to wear casts and protectors all the time. He can't even clap because of it.
  • Butt-Monkey: Often gets injured.
  • Comically Missing the Point: When the kids sing a classic Brazilian kids song saying "X stole bread at John's house" with his name, he thinks they're actually framing him. Even if he didn't know the song before, the kids used others' names before that and sang it properly.
  • Dumb Blonde: He seems to be one of the least intelligent students in the class. In an occasion, Jorel's brother lists the name of almost every student claiming they got good grades, but doesn't mention him.
  • Fragile Flower: He often cries or gets upset in his appearances.
  • Meaningful Name: His surname "cachinhos" means "curls", referring to his hair.
  • Wound That Will Not Heal: His arm and neck are permanently broken, and he never heals from them.

Billy Doidão, Syd Vinicius and Iggy Podre
Voiced by:
Billy Doidão: Cassius Romero (Season 1), Alfredo Rollo (Season 2 onwards)
Syd Vinicius: César Marchetti
Iggy Podre: Juliano Enrico
A trio of rebel repeaters who fight against the system and want to provoke the chaos.
  • Age Lift: They were teenagers in early Season 1, until they wished for a genie to become little kids again so they can spend more time of their lives at school. Notably, this was the first attempt to fix the plot hole of teenagers studying with 8-year olds like Jorel's brother and Lara, which was entirely fixed by de-aging everyone else in Season 2 with no explanation.
  • Character Catchphrase: Billy Doidão's "Chaos!"
  • Character Tics: Billy frequently sniffs his nose after speaking.
  • Gang of Bullies: They occasionally pick on Jorel's brother, which happened more when they were teens.
  • Held Back in School: They were held back several years due to being unintelligent. Now, they're just the right age for their grade again, anyway.
  • Took a Level in Kindness: In the beggining of the series, they were the school bullies, but now they're just messy kids.
  • The Quiet One: Unlike his friends, Iggy doesn't speak much.
  • Mundane Made Awesome: In "Gangorras da Revolução", the kids start rebelling against the principal and begin doing whatever they want in their revolution. What Iggy does is just... brush his teeth.
  • Named After Someone Famous: All three of them.
  • Vague Age: It's unknown exactly what age they were prior to their Age Lift, other than being on their teens, or the exact physical age they are now; all that's known is that they got three times younger.
  • Walking Shirtless Scene: Iggy Podre never has a shirt on, much like his namesake.

    Dudu
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/dudu_2.png
"And I want to BE Jorel!"
Voiced by: Hugo Picchi Neto
A chubby kid who studies in Jorel's brother's class. He's obsessed with food.
  • Age Lift: He was a teen in Season 1, but is now a kid.
  • Big Eater: He loves eating.
  • Early Installment Character-Design Difference: In his first couple appearances, he had fleshy lips and a less round face. As of Season 2 he changes even more, becoming small like the other former teenage characters in the class.
  • Establishing Character Moment: In his first appearance in "Gangorras da Revolução", during the revolution, he puts an entire pack of candy in a blender and drinks it, and later gets hysterical because he's out of sugar.
  • Fat Comic Relief: Most of his relevant appearances involve eating. In Ana Catarina's birthday party, a Funny Background Event is him sneakily eating the candies in the table, seeing if nobody is noticing.
  • Fatal Flaw: Food distracts him very easily, which makes him get defeated by Jorel's brother in a fight due to being served a literal fist sandwich.
  • Out of Focus: He never was very important to begin with, but in earlier seasons he would occasionally speak or have a significant role. After Season 3 he's essentially a Living Prop, however, and wouldn't make any difference if he wasn't there.
  • Serious Business: In "Gangorras da Revolução", he reignites the kids' revolution just because he ran out of sugar.

    Jorelovers
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/jorelovers.png
From left to right: Flávia, Débora, Verônica and Catiane.
Click here to see their Season 1 design

A quartet of girls who are obsessed with Jorel.

  • Age Lift: In Season 1, they were teenagers and appeared as babies in a flashback of when Jorel was a baby too. In Season 2 onwards, they are 8-year olds, and appear in another flashback being toddlers when Jorel's brother and Lara were toddlers too. Catiane changed little in comparison to her friends, since she was already short to begin with.
  • Ascended Extra: Catiane especially, gets more importance in the series as of the second season.
  • All There in the Script: Verônica is never named on-screen, but Jorel's brother does mention her name along with almost all other students in "Meu Amigo Vicente", so it could be deduced by process of elimination as all other students already has their names revealed. Also, in a behind-the-scenes video from 2018, her name can be read among some character model files.
  • Berserk Button: Anyone harming Jorel.
  • Comedic Underwear Exposure: In "Jornal do Quintal", the four are shown cheering excessively for Jorel even though all he's doing is kick a grain of rice, and at one point, Catiane jumps and rolls on the floor, prominently displaying her underwear for him, with both her butt and camel toe being visible in some frames.
  • The Dividual: Mostly in early episodes, they appear all together to cheer for Jorel and have basically the same personality, which is just loving him.
  • Early Installment Character-Design Difference: In Season 2, all of them get redesigned. While Débora and Verônica basically just get shorter, and Catiane only gets a few minor alterations, Flávia got the most drastic redesign out of the four girls. Basically the only recognizable thing is her teeth.
  • Fangirl: All four are fangirls of Jorel.
  • Fat Bastard: Débora and Catiane, who are chubby, can be jerks sometimes, especially towards Jorel's brother.
  • Flat Character: They have little personality besides being in love with Jorel.
  • Fiery Redhead: Débora and Catiane have orange and red hair respectively, and can get furious when they think Jorel is in danger, or if someone dares to love Jorel more than them.
  • Gonk: Flávia looks creepy due to having her teeth permanently exposed, like Jorginho.
  • Has a Type: If "Sedoso Cream Double Cream" is any indication, they are attracted to boys with smooth hair, and only don't pay attention to Jorel's brother because he usually has curly hair.
  • The Leader: Débora is the main Jorel fan. According to Lara, she's also the president of Jorel's fan club.
  • Modesty Shorts: Flávia wears these from Season 2 onwards.
  • Out of Focus: While Débora and Catiane regularly have relevant roles, Flávia and Verônica have basically no importance to the plot after Season 2.
  • Pet the Dog: While they usually prefer Jorel to his little brother, in "A Vida Secreta dos Belezitos" they comfort him telling he's not ugly, and in fact is even cute, especially due to being Jorel's brother.
  • Pubescent Braces: Catiane wears prominent braces, though she is only a teen in the first season.
  • The Quiet One: Flávia and Verônica are rarely seen speaking on-screen, and when they do, it's usually it's in unison with other characters.
  • Satellite Love Interest: Inverted. Their main function in the show is to be in love with Jorel.
  • Slasher Smile: Flávia always has one.
  • Stalker with a Crush: Their obsession with Jorel can get creepy sometimes, with them collecting his objects and even a piece of grass he had stepped over. Verônica outright states she wants to spend her life observing Jorel all day.

    Jorginho
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/jorginho_7.png
"I could have taken my braces off one year ago, but why? It's the secret for my success!"
Voiced by: Hugo Picchi Neto

A boy with braces who has a habit of telling outlandish stories, usually involving dinosaurs, his father, or his father being a dinosaur.

  • A Day in the Limelight: Has a major role in "Jorginhous and Dragons", when he visits Jorel's brother's house to play a RPG with him, his family, and Lara.
  • Ascended Extra: He becomes a more important and recurring character as of Season 2.
  • Appearance Angst: Despite claiming he likes his braces, he has attempted to take them off twice while exclaiming "freedom". It only worked in one of them.
  • Bad Liar: His lies about his dad are so absurd, nobody believes them.
  • Braces of Orthodontic Overkill: Wears prominent braces. He claims to like them, but has attempted to take them off in two occasions.
  • Compulsive Liar: He has a habit of telling several strange lies about his dad.
  • Early Installment Character-Design Difference: He gets shorter and chubbier in the second season. It's less noticeable than in the other characters, but still significant.
  • Gonk: He has a creepy appearance with his small eyes and wide, permanently open mouth.
  • Hopeless Suitor: Like Jorel's brother, he is in love with Ana Catarina. She's even more bothered by it, likely due to his ugly appearance.
  • Early Installment Character-Design Difference: In the first episode, he had a very different design, though still recognizable. He also appears with a different design in the original promo made around the same time as the pilot episode, and may have appeared in the pilot itself too.
  • Hidden Depths: In "Não Tenha Medo do Seu Medo", he's shown to be a good opera singer, scaring Gesonel off. It's unclear if that was just Gesonel's imagination or Jorginho really was stalking him around to sing opera to him.

    Lara

JOREL'S BROTHER! JOREL'S BROTHER! DON'T LET YOUR FAMILY KNOW WE'RE ON TVTROPES!
Voiced by: Melissa Garcia
Jorel's brother best friend. She is a brave and intelligent girl, who's always ready for adventures and dreams about being a forest engineer when she grows up.
  • Action Girl: She occasionally engages in epic battles such as with the giant Shakespearito in "Eject Especial".
  • Berserk Button: She really hates pink.
  • Boyish Short Hair: Her hair reaches only to her neck.
  • Catchphrase: "Jorel's brother! Jorel's brother! Don't let your family know X! (in front of their house, and loudly enough for them all to hear). Became an Abandoned Catchphrase after Season 2, but came back in the 2022 Carnival Special.
  • Cute Bruiser: She's adorable, and also very strong and tough.
  • Invisible Parents: Her parents didn't appear until Season 3, and even after that, barely show up, despite her being a main character.
  • Lady Looks Like a Dude: If it wasn't for her skirt, she would easily pass for a boy, even more so due to her best friend being one.
  • Masculine Girl, Feminine Boy: The masculine girl to Jorel's brother's feminine boy.
  • Ms. Fanservice: Her adult form is very attractive.
  • Nice Girl: She's pretty nice and friendly.
  • No Indoor Voice: She frequently yells at top of her lungs, usually calling Jorel's brother.
  • Pink Means Feminine: Defied by her. She threatens to stop watching the Microwave Warriors' show if they give her a pink uniform just because she's a girl.
  • Put on a Bus: In the end of season 2, she moves to Japan, and Season 3 has Jorel's brother living without her. Subverted after the continents are messed up, making Japan be right at the side of Brazil and conveniently, next to the city, allowing her to go there again, so she becomes a recurring character once more.
  • Single-Target Sexuality: She appears to have a crush on Jorel's brother, as opposed to being in love with Jorel himself like the rest of the girls.
  • Running Gag: She yells something from far to Jorel's brother, telling him to not let other people know something… but everyone heard it.
  • Tomboy and Girly Girl: Tomboy to Ana Catarina's girly girl.
  • Youthful Freckles: She has freckles in her face.
    Marcinho
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/marcin.png
"I don't agree with anything Jorel's brother is saying... But I also want to stand on this desk!"
Voiced by: Juliano Enrico
A little boy who's one of Jorel's brother's best friends. He is a big fan of Steve Magal and his sidekick Jack Thompson.
  • Early Installment Character-Design Difference: In the early episodes, he wore a striped red-and-blue shirt, but after becoming an adult in "Aterrorizante Vida Adulta", he gains a black and gray jacket, which he keeps after becoming a child again.
  • Out of Focus: He has no lines or relevant roles whatsoever in the fourth season.
  • Token Black Friend: Besides Syd Vinicius, he's the only other black kid in the classroom.
  • Vocal Evolution: He used to have a high-pitched, kiddie voice, but gets a more teen-like voice later.

    Pablito
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/pablito.png
"MIS OJOS! ESTOY CIEGO!"
Voiced by: Juliano Enrico

An Hispanic exchange student, brother of the Consul of the "Crazy Island".

  • Eye Scream: He gets his eyes hurt twice in Season 1; one after he spreads sand over them, and one after he trips on the beach and gets several sticks stuck in his huge eyes.
  • Funny Foreigner: He speaks in a funny high pitched voice, only in Spanish, and has a mustache despite being a kid.
  • Gratuitous Spanish: He usually speaks only in Spanish.
  • Out of Focus: After Season 1.

    Samantha
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/samantha_23f_temporada.png
"Auto knowledge? They say what helps is feeling pain..."
Voiced by: Jussara Marques
A big muscular girl with green skin. She bullies and beats other kids to get what she wants, especially Jorel's brother.
  • Ambiguously Human: She looks like an ogre, due to her green skin, hairy body and muscular build. However, since other characters in the show also have green skin such as Granny Juju, and she's Ana Catarina's sister, it's also possible Samantha is human.
  • Barbaric Bully: She's a huge, green girl with many muscles, and is shown to be very strong. She even plays hopscotch using a skull instead of a rock, and in the end of the game, there is a pentagram.
  • The Bully: Her main target is Jorel's brother. She's implied to steal his lunch, and beats him up or makes fun of him for little to no reason.
  • Berserk Button: She really hates when someone steps on her hopscotch.
  • The Dreaded: In "A Perigosa Lambada Brutal", the kids are visibly very afraid of her. This lessened since then though, as in other episodes, the characters aren't really afraid of her and interact with her normally.
  • Heel–Face Revolving Door: She becomes nicer in Season 2, but still threatens to beat others up at times.
  • Huge Schoolgirl: Moreso in her first design, where she was even taller than the adults. She didn't even appear in the classroom until her redesign, as she was too huge to fit there properly.
  • Early Installment Character-Design Difference: In Season 1, she was huge, being even taller than the adults. Since the second season, she's much smaller and also gets a more square chin.
  • Girly Bruiser: Wears a pink dress, pink shoes and has blonde hair with ponytails.
  • Gonky Femme: Has girly clothing and hair, but a monstrous body.
  • Tomboy with a Girly Streak: She's big and strong, and uses some street slang, but has the clothing and hairstyle of a girly girl and, like most girls in the show, is deeply in love with Jorel.
  • Took a Level in Kindness: As of Season 2, she isn't as mean as before, though she still does threaten violence at times.

    William Shostners
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/shostners_removebg_preview.png
"My superpower is being rich."
Voiced by: Daniel Furlan
An extremely rich kid whose parents own the company Shostners and Shostners,
  • All the Other Reindeer: He doesn't have any friends, except Ana Catarina sometimes, and Jorel's brother (his former arch-enemy) as of "Cine Horrível".
  • Fiery Redhead: Due to being very spoiled, he gets angry easily as well.
  • Fire-Forged Friends: Him and Jorel's brother were initially rivals, but they become friends as of "Cine Horrível" when they bond at the Shostners building, having to do their group project together, and find out each other pees on the bed - according to Shostners himself, "every good friendship is born out of a dark secret".
  • Lonely Rich Kid: In Season 3, he's shown to have no friends before befriending Jorel's brother, and even describes himself as a "solitary knight".
  • The Friend Nobody Likes: Not very popular among the kids of the school, likely due to his personality. While Jorel's brother is mostly just ignored, William is outright disliked by the other kids and doesn't have any friends.
  • The Napoleon: He's short and very petty and short-tempered as well.
  • Odd Name Out: Specifically his surname.
  • Opaque Nerd Glasses: His glasses have completely white lenses that don't show his pupils.
  • Perpetual Frowner: In spite of his richness, he isn't very happy most of the time.
  • Punny Name: Shostners = Shortness. He is short.
  • Suddenly Shouting: Prone to this when he's throwing temper tantrums.
  • Spoiled Brat: He has everything he could ask for, due to being the son of the owner of a rich company.
  • When You Coming Home, Dad?: His parents are apparently too busy to spend any time with him, with the CEO kissing him goodnight in his mothers' name.
