    Dorian Reed

Voiced by: Christopher Burns

Elle's older brother.
  • Berserk Button: He completely loses it if Elle pushes him into the pool during his birthday party.
  • Big Bad: He's the leader of the mob that Lilliana's a member of, as well as the one who's been endangering the main girls throughout the game, the latter is especially prominent in Elle's route.
  • Big Brother Instinct: Shown to be protective towards Elle and want what's best for her. This is later subverted as he's revealed to have been physically abusive towards Elle during their childhood, which is the reason for her narcolepsy, and also tries to kill her multiple times near the end of the game.
  • Bitch in Sheep's Clothing: He appears to be a caring older brother towards Elle and cordial to the player character. This facade wear's thinner and thinner as the game progresses.
  • Brother–Sister Incest: Played for Drama as he's in love with Elle and she's clearly shown to be uncomfortable about it, and he will try to kill her when she confronts him about it. Not entirely played straight since he and Elle are step-siblings.
  • Disney Villain Death: He ultimately ends up dying after falling down an elevator shaft after his final confrontation with the protagonist.
  • The Don: Revealed to be the head of the gang Lilliana works for at the end of Elle's final date.
  • Evil Counterpart: Revealed to be this to the protagonist, as he was also chosen by Qpernikiss and Thelima to save women by them, was already crueler than them before the quest, and fell even further afterward.
  • Faux Affably Evil: Even after he's revealed to be an utterly reprehensible person who treats Elle horrendously, he still tries to remain composed and civil towards the player.
  • Hate Sink: Not only is he revealed to have incestuous feelings towards Elle, which are clearly unrequited, but he's also revealed to be the one threatening the other girls you've been tasked with saving, the leader of the gang that's been trying to kill you throughout the game, but also the murderer of 9 people who've been given the same task as you beforehand. While he may have appeared likeable beforehand, it's clear by the end of the game just how much of a monster he actually is.
  • If I Can't Have You…: Tries to kill Elle when she calls him out on his incestuous feelings toward her.
  • It Sucks to Be the Chosen One: Was one of the chosen before you, and regards his time completing his task given as the worst of his life.
  • Not Blood Siblings: He and Elle are revealed to be this in her route, with her having been adopted into the Reed family.
  • Serial Killer: Killed the 9 chosen that came before you before the events of the game.
  • Strong Family Resemblance: Like his sister, he has naturally pink hair. However, this turns out to be a coincidence, as Elle was adopted.
  • Walking Spoiler: As evidenced by all the spoiler tags, it's basically impossible to talk about him without revealing what happens towards the end of the game.

    Lilianna

Voiced by: Katelyn Barr

The fiery "fixer" of the gang that serves as the game's main antagonists.
  • Defrosting Ice Queen: She loses a bit of her edge if Lotus successfully flirts with her.
  • In the Hood: She's a dangerous gangster who's always wearing a red hood.

    Allison Desiree "Alice-D" Kitagawa

Voiced by: Megan Shipman

A flirtatious drug dealer that frequently makes use of her own product.
  • Damsel in Distress: She and Bella are kidnapped by Dorian at the end of the game, where he forces you to kill one of them in order to meet him in his office.
  • Punny Name: She's a drug dealer, and her nickname is pronounced like "LSD", a rather infamous drug.
  • The Stoner: She has a hair clip in the shape of a marijuana leaf, so it's pretty heavily implied. Also the Punny Name.

    Cali

Voiced by: Amanda Parker

A beach-bum stoner girl wanting to have a good time with anyone, regardless of their age or gender.
  • Amicable Exes: She and Iro used to date each other, but decided to break up. That said, they're best friends and clearly get along well with each other.
  • Eating the Eye Candy: Admits to looking at the protagonists ass on one occasion.
  • Loveable Sex Maniac: As stated, she's willing to have sex with anyone regardless of age or gender, and is portrayed as likeably in all her appearances.

    Sir Vicks

Voiced by: Jace Willcut

A knight that's looking for the legendary "Chicken-Binding"...otherwise known as the "Hen-Tie".
  • Innocent Innuendo: He is completely ignorant of the fact that the majority of what he says, such as how he's involved with "Lots of (Holy) Sects", can be mistaken for a sexual reference.
  • Punny Name: He's named after the cervix, a part of female sexual anatomy.

    Chief Saji Kawase
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/saji_normal_neutral.png

Voiced by: Allen Winter

Saji is the chief of the Subrosa police, and the father of Iro and Eli.
  • Boyfriend-Blocking Dad: Due to him believing you to be a bad influence on Iro and toying with her feelings, he orders you to break up with her at the beginning of her 4th date.
  • Dirty Cop: Abuses his power by threatening you just because he doesn't want to see you dating his daughter. He even threatens to jail Cassie (who is an informant for the police and has nothing to do with the whole situation) if you don't do as he says. His actions might come across as a little bit less rotten if you're playing as a criminal, but he does this even if you're squeaky clean. Worse: if you refuse to obey him, he falsely arrests you for drunk driving.

    Bella
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/bella_normal_neutral.png

Voiced by: Aimee Smith

Dorian's current girlfriend who looks suspiciously similar to Elle.
  • Damsel in Distress: She and Allison are kidnapped by Dorian at the end of the game, where he forces you to kill one of them in order to meet him in his office.

    Harris

Voiced by: Jace Willcut

A sharply-dressed man who hangs around the arcade and seems to have an interest in Mio.
