Original Characters
Lumpy
- Corrupt Corporate Executive: Years of attempting to get the show back and becoming CEO of Mondo have turned him into this.
- Greed: Moreso than the original, he has become money-hungry due to his many attempts to raise Mondo's budget.
- Jerk with a Heart of Gold: He has definitely become a lot worse than the original series, though still shows a good side.
- Obfuscating Stupidity: While he retains his low IQ, he also acts stupid whenever he plots something malicious in order to throw off suspicion.
- Took A Level In Jerk Ass: While he had villainous roles in the first series, he's even worse now.
- Villain Protagonist: At times, depending on the plot.
Cuddles and Toothy
- Glass Eye: Toothy's left eye is replaced with one of these, regularly losing it as a nod to his Eye Scream injuries in the original series.
- Irony: Toothy is a cameraman with a glass eye, often using that eye to look through the eyepiece of his camera.
- Scars Are Forever: Cuddles has some noticeable injuries on him.
- Thrill Seeker: Cuddles.
- Those Two Guys
Giggles
- All Women Are Lustful: She and Snowball are prime examples.
- Ethical Slut: Becomes this after her model career goes downhill.
- Interspecies Romance: Has two children with Russell.
- Sitcom Arch-Nemesis: She and Cuddles have become rivals due to a currently unknown incident from the past.
- Took A Level In Jerk Ass: Went from being a Nice Girl to a huge bitch.
- Took a Level in Kindness: After giving birth to two children, she regains most of her kindness but is still prone to profanity.
Petunia and Handy
- An Arm and a Leg: Handy is completely limbless now.
- Happily Married: They managed to marry one another here.
- Neat Freak: Petunia, Even more so then the original.
- Wheelchair Woobie: Handy, especially since he cannot move on his own and needs Petunia to push him everywhere.
Nutty
- Creator Breakdown: In-Universe example, a former candy CEO turned sexual predator.
- Crazy Homeless People: After losing his job, he lives in a cardboard box outside his factory, also becoming a depraved sugar addict.
- Descent into Addiction: As if he wasn't already obsessed with sugar, he's now seriously addicted to it as if it were cocaine.
- Fat Bastard: Due to years of eating sweets.
Sniffles
- Bad Ass Long Coat: His lab coat may act as this.
- Gadgeteer Genius
- Used to Be More Social: Rarely interactions with his friends, unless they need his inventions.
Flaky
- Cool Shades: Gains glasses.
- Granola Girl: After leaving the show, he manages to find inner peace and converts her backyard into a zen garden. She is now seen as the therapist of the group.
- Ironic Name: Lost her namesake flakes after treating her hair with anti-dandruff shampoo.
- Took a Level in Cheerfulness: Less of a coward now.
Pop
- The Alcoholic
- Happily Married: Married a blue bat named Luna.
Cub
- Dirty Kid: Has a secret stash of erotic magazines around.
- Spoiled Brat: Pop's neglectful parenting lead him to become this.
- Sir Swears-a-Lot
- Took a Level in Jerkass: Went from being a sweet and innocent child, to a complete Spoiled Brat.
Disco Bear
- Jaded Washout: Is not as funky as he used to be and sells his possessions online to get by.
- Furry Baldness: Loses his afro, but now has a big, fluffy beard that resembles it.
Russell
- An Arm and a Leg: Loses his remaining hand and replaces it with a hook.
- Disneyland Dad: Rarely visits his children, but takes them on boat trips and gives them souvenirs.
- Interspecies Romance: Has two children with Giggles.
- Perma-Stubble: Gains one of these.
- The Drunken Sailor: Can cross into this territory.
Mime
- Career Killer: In-Universe, a Dude, Not Funny! joke about JFK is what ruined his chances at stand up.
- Suddenly Speaking: After lifting his vow of silence, he not only speaks but becomes a comedian...albeit not a very good one.
Mole
- Artsy Beret: Sports one as part of his new look.
- Ironically Disabled Artist: Has become a famous painter despite being blind.
Shifty and Lifty
- Bad Ass Long Coat: Shifty now sports a black leather jacket.
- Beard of Evil: Lifty has a goatee.
- Evil Poacher: They cross into this at times.
- Rugged Scar: Shifty has a scar over his left eye.
- Tattooed Crook: Lifty has a tattoo on his arm which resembles a dollar sign and an exclamation mark crossed together.
- The Aggressive Drug Dealer
- Those Two Guys
- Took A Level In Bad Ass: Arguably more evil then before, with their apparel to boot.
Flippy
- Beard of Sorrow: His beard is also a result of his depression.
- History Repeats: He got his Vietnam War trauma settled from therapy...only to serve in Afghanistan and gain a whole new case of PTSD.
- Shell-Shocked Veteran: To an even worse degree, plagued with crippling depression in addition to violent flip-outs.
Splendid
- Expy: While in the original he was this to Superman, he is now an expy to Batman.
- Vigilante Man: After his superhero activities were condemned by the law, he now stops criminals at night.
Lammy
- Companion Cube: Talks to inanimate objects, usually pickles.
- Forgotten Fallen Friend: The real Mr. Pickles decomposed long ago. However, she imagines other pickles to look exactly like him, only for them to either be eaten or decompose as well.
- The Mentally Disturbed
Truffles
- Evil All Along: Reveals in the Season 2 finale that he planned to bring the characters together to kill them once and for all out of revenge for being rejected from the first show.
- Manipulative Bastard: In episode 1, he got most of the original cast to do the reunion.
- Promoted to Playable: A main character now. Replacing Cro-Marmot.
- Wealthy Ever After: Eventually became rich from gambling and other illegal activities following the series' end.
Cro-Marmot
- Contemporary Caveman
- Killed Off for Real: Cro-Marmot is dead, but otherwise looks exactly the same.
- Inverted in the Season 2 finale.
- Companion Cube: Lumpy stores him in his fridge, sometimes asking him for advice. Cro-Marmot, unsurprisingly, never responds.
- Forgotten Fallen Friend: Hardly anyone remembers he existed. Even Lumpy tends to forget about him.

- Retired Badass: Now retired from acting and is often seen working other jobs.

- Early-Bird Cameo: Appeared briefly in a fanon episode called "Ghosts of the Past".
- Good Stepmother: Shown to care about Cub and even supports his interest in imitating a dangerous stunt.
- Happily Married: To Pop.
- Lady of Black Magic: She dabbles in Black Magic.
Aqua and Marine
- Punny Name: Their names together are a pun on the word 'aquamarine'.
- Spin Off Spring: They are the children of Giggles and Russell.

- Berserk Button: Do not call him by his birth name "Diamond".

- Straw Vegetarian: Subverted, is a vegan yet is one of the nicer characters. Though a character flaw of hers is that she can go overboard.
Penry
- Artificial Limbs: Gained these.
- Cool Shades
- The Voiceless: Doesn't talk, and only speaks via dance.

- Drugs Are Good: Is a huge addiction suffer.

Mackenzie
- Blush Sticker: Two stars on each cheek.

- Jekyll & Hyde: Subverted, While Raymond and Sunset may disargee, they still do love one another.

- Sharing a Body: The fusion of Sunset and Raymond.
Snowball
