     In General
  • Adaptational Badass: As per most characters in Grimmfall, they are all capable of fighting whereas when it came to a potential threat in their home series, they could barely scrounge up a defense despite their efforts.
  • Adaptational Heroism: In canon, calling the Peach Creek Kids heroes would be a massive stretch, owing to their personal dysfunctions and their show being a Sadist Show at times. Here, all of them are prospective Huntsman and Huntresses, seeking to hone their skills, which has quashed many of their more negative traits...except for Sarah and Kevin, the former remaining about the same, while the latter's Freudian Excuse has caused a case of Adaptational Jerkass. However, even Kevin starts coming around thanks to Character Development, though Sarah remains the exception.
  • Adaptational Nice Guy: The above also comes with everyone (Well, almost everyone) getting along with each other much better than in canon, having healthier relationships with each other as a whole.

     Eddy Mc Gee

     Edd Vincent

     Ed Hill

     Jonny 2x 4

Jonny 2x4

A rather odd boy whose best friend Plank, is a piece of wood.

  • Adaptational Heroism: He shows no signs of becoming "The Gourd" in this universe and remains in his alterego of Captain Melonhead.
  • Cloudcuckoolander: He thought that the Gems would use an Anal Probe on him when they captured him and the other Cul-de-Sac kids. And in general, this is an attitude that isn't too different than in canon. And he did this one more in the Hall of Justice! IN THE CAFETERIA!!!
  • Horrifying the Horror: Gems for the most part tend to be dismissive of humans, being Scary Dogmatic Aliens, particularly in Grimmfall thanks to humans being able to fight back much more than in their canon. Johnny pulling down his pants in fear of them probing him elected nothing but disgust on their part, especially Holly Blue Agate.

     Jimmy

Jimmy

A fragile child, who is Sarah's best friend.

  • Adaptational Villainy: His stunt as the Big Bad in the special where he framed the Eds was motivated by wanting to get back at Eddy for his legitimate bullying, through which he also dragged in Edd and Ed, but in his defense, that tended to happen a fair amount in his show anyways. Grimmfall Intertwined Legacies however, shows the end result of this behavior, resulting in his snapping being far worse, and from envy towards others in general, causing him to go off the deep end completely and ally with Demidevilmon. By the time he's mentioned again in the main series, he's become a threat that has to be dealt with.
  • Driven by Envy: His natural weakness causes him to envy the strong...and it is because of this that he becomes evil.
  • Fragile Flower: Unfortunately, he's still just as physically weak and frail as in canon, meaning that he is not an Adaptational Badass.
  • Freudian Excuse: He's revealed to have a genetic disorder that prevents him from unlocking his Aura and Semblance, hence why despite almost everyone else becoming an Adaptational Badass, Jimmy is still very much the weakling he was in canon, with his only saving grace being that the above Adaptational Nice Guy with everyone has spared him from the bullying that contributed to his Fragile Flower tendencies. And why he ends up snapping in a similar manner to the special where he framed the Eds.
  • The Resenter: He envies those who have Semblances and powers, owing to his own weak constitution.

    Sarah

Sarah

Ed's younger sister, a Bratty Half-Pint despite everything.

  • Annoying Younger Sibling: A trait that has not changed from canon. But while Edd refuses to fight back, Eddy has stepped in his stead, and has learned much more effective methods to keep her at bay in comparison to canon.
  • Department of Child Disservices: Grimmfall's less comedic nature and setting means that Sarah's bratty attitude has caused immense trouble at school, and Child Services being called in due to her mother being mentally unfit to care for her children because of Sarah's temper tantrums.
  • Freudian Excuse: Unlike some of the other Peach Creek Kids, Sarah is still just as much of a brat as in canon, though this is because of her and Ed's father being killed in a Grimm attack and their mother mentally shutting down as a result.
  • Laser-Guided Karma: She's not a Karma Houdini like in her home series. Instead, Sarah's temper tantrums and atrocious treatment of her brother and his friends get Child Services called in to investigate her home situation come Chapter 183.

    Nazz

Nazz

The local Plucky Girl of the neighborhood.

  • Four-Star Badass: Gets promoted to a division commander in the Zoo after she and the other Peach Creek Kids were kidnapped.
  • Good Is Not Soft: Very bluntly tells Kevin that his Jerkass behavior is the exact reason they no longer hang out. Kevin doesn't care. Likewise in combat, she does not pull her punches.
  • Hippie Parents: This is what her parents are.
  • Mistaken for Romance: She thought Abby and Nigel's relationship was of lovers.
  • The Mole: Not by choice, but her time in the Special Zone caused her to get turned into an unwilling sleeper agent for the Gems.
  • Nice Girl: She's a polite sort, as per usual.
  • Only Sane Woman: She's the most level-headed of the Peach Creek kids, especially after Edd goes to Gravity Falls.
  • We Used to Be Friends: A noted example with Kevin considering their canon dynamic. While she's the only one who knows of his family issues, she no longer tolerates his awful behavior towards others and has stopped spending time with him as a result.

     Kevin

Kevin

The resident Jerk Jock, just like in canon. It has unfortunately put a strain on his friendships with several other kids in the neighborhood.

  • Adaptational Angst Upgrade: Kevin had a fairly decent relationship with his parents in canon, but here, he doesn't get along well with his stepmother (There was no indication that his parents divorced at all in canon), nor his father for agreeing with her, which contributes to his being a larger Jerkass here.
  • Adaptational Jerkass: Kevin may have been rude to the Eds (And that's putting it nicely), but he was at least on good terms with the other Peach Creek Kids in canon. Unfortunately, with Nazz and Johnny 2x4 getting Huntsman training from Rolf, Kevin's behavior towards them initially levels out to be very much the same as he treated the Eds, taunting and mocking them for even doing so. He begins to get over it as the story proceeds.
  • Brainwashed and Crazy: White Diamond, in her scheme to capture the Elementals, does this to him, which pretty much makes him a Blank Slate like White's Pearl.
  • Character Development: He begins to become a better person due to his experiences, and become much more willing to fight against both evil, and stand up to unpleasant qualities in the people around him, whilst acknowledging their strengths if they have earned his respect.
  • Freudian Excuse: Due to his difficulties with his stepmother, Kevin has developed a loathing for Peach Creek, and desires to simply ride his bike away to freedom.
  • Irony: In canon, Kevin was the "Cool Kid" of the Cul-de-Sac everyone looked up to while regarding the Eds as outcasts. Here, the qualities that made him the "Cool Kid" have instead resulted in him becoming the outcast, due to his derision of Huntsman training.
  • Took In A Level Of Kindness: After seeing he was saved by the people he once mocked and helped, he starts acting a bit nicer to them and being less rude.
  • We Used to Be Friends: He used to still be friends with Nazz and Rolf despite everything, but with both becoming more serious with their Huntsman training, along with Kevin's legitimately bad home life, his relations with both have become severely strained.

     Rolf

Rolf

The oldest kid in Peach Creek, having a past from the old country...

  • Adaptational Angst Upgrade: The destruction of his home at the hands of Fenrir has left Rolf a much more battle-hardened individual instead of the Funny Foreigner that he was in canon. Not that those traits aren't still in there, but he's a much more serious character regardless.
  • Adaptational Badass: While strong in his home universe, Rolf had notable moments of cowardice or weakness for the sake of comedy. These are not present here due to the more serious and grounded setting, and while he is still a Funny Foreigner, he is by far and wide the most experienced and dangerous of the Creek Kids.
  • Armor-Piercing Question: Asked Kevin, very plain and simply, as to why he chose to mock his friends for training in one of the most dangerous jobs known to man.
  • A Scar to Remember: When his entire family was killed by the legendary Grimm Fenrir.
  • Badass Native: The more action-based setting of Grimmfall calls this aspect of Rolf up even more.
  • Cloudcuckoolander: While this aspect of him is muted at first, it comes back when the Peach Creek Kids are kidnapped by the Gems during a scheme to get the Elementals. Mainly because he lost access to his precious meat, and once driven too far, initiates the "Almighty Three-Shoe-Beating". Without Eddy's consent.
  • Dark and Troubled Past: His home was destroyed by a monster known as Fenrir, an event that scarred poor Rolf and was what caused him to move to Peach Creek.
  • The Mentor: He takes up this role to his fellows from the Cul-de-Sac, teaching them combat and how to use their Aura and Semblances.
  • Scars Are Forever: His back in particular, is riddled with claw marks. He got them from Fenrir.
  • Super-Strong Child: The adults treat Rolf as a kid, but he [proves otherwise when facing Crom Cruach, a literal God and being the key to stopping him. This gets the heroes to see Rolf in a different light.
  • Training from Hell: Subjects his fellow kids of Peach Creek to this.
  • Wise Beyond Their Years: He's still the same age as he was in canon, but holds quite a bit of wisdom, if not more due to his experiences, and takes training the other kids from Peach Creek very seriously, trying to impart on them the dangers of being a Huntsman.

Kanker Clan

A group of women at the moment who have once more visited Peach Creek. They are the daughters to the current heir, and are now looking for potential husbands or servants. Mat mercy be upon whoever they pick.

     In General
  • Siblings in Crime: All the Kanker sisters do dubious things that are rather illegal from a certain viewpoint.
