Nuka-World on Tour

    Patricia "Pat" Myers
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/pat_myers.png
Voiced by: Sara Secora
The leader of the Nuka-World on Tour traveling carnival.
  • Promotion to Parent: Has been taking care of her brother Pete ever since they lost their parents in a raider attack.
  • Stepford Smiler: Puts on a brave face when she's promoting Nuka-World on Tour, but shows clear signs of struggling with the weight of managing the carnival when people's eyes aren't directly on her.
  • You Are in Command Now: Inherited the leadership of the carnival following the death of her parents in a raider attack.

    Del Walsh

Voiced by: Wes Johnson
Nuka-World on Tour's resident physician and chem vendor.
  • Ascended Extra: After an audio-only debut via holotape in Fallout 4's Nuka-World DLC, he appears in person in this game.
  • Kicked Upstairs: Implied. When working for Nuka-World in Massachusetts pre-war, he had to treat and report hundreds of injuries and even two fatalities caused by malfunctioning rides. He attempted to raise ride safety concerns with Nuka-Cola's CEO John-Caleb Bradberton, but got no reply. Four days later, he was offered and accepted a field medic position with Nuka-World on Tour. He viewed it as a high-ranking position, but his parents did not share that impression, saying being in charge of a theme park tent wasn't a real medical profession.
  • The Other Darrin: His holotape in Fallout 4's Nuka-World DLC was recorded by Alain Mesa, but in Fallout 76 he is instead voice by Wes Johnson.

    Pete Myers

Voiced by: Eliah Mountjoy
Pat's younger brother, who works as a part-time repairman for the carnival.
  • Fantastic Racism: Defied; he emphatically rejects any suggestion from the Resident that his lack of interest in Betty is because she's a ghoul.
  • I Miss Mom: Suffers from depression as a result of the loss of his parents in a raider attack as well as the trauma of living in a post-apocalyptic world.
  • Oblivious to Love: Mentions that Betty invited him to ride the Tunnel of Love with her, but doesn't understand why she can't just go alone, and empathizes with the Resident if they reply "Yeah, love's not really for me, either."

    Betty Hill
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/betty_hill.png
Nuka-World on Tour's food vendor.
  • Born After the End: Was born at the "Belching Betty" mine some time after the Great War.
  • Family of Choice: Considers her Nuka-World on Tour colleagues to be this after the loss of her birth parents.
  • Line-of-Sight Name: Implied by her being born at the Belching Betty mine, which is located on a hill overlooking part of the Ash Heap.
  • Malicious Misnaming: Was given the unflattering nickname "Missy" by her father, as he felt her existence only drew misfortune.
  • Maternal Death? Blame the Child!: Betty's father never forgave her for her mother's death.
  • Maternity Crisis: Her parents were on their way to the AVR Medical Center before her birth but never made it there before Betty's mother went into labor, forcing her to give birth at the Belching Betty mine instead.
  • Survivor Guilt: Is upset that her mother died while giving birth to her, saying "I never would have...taken her if it were my choice."

    Gunther Jenkins
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/gunther_jenkins.png
The host of Nuka-World on Tour's Wild West Showdown attraction.
  • Forced from Their Home: He originally grew up in an orphanage, but was expelled from it in around 2047 after he got into a fight with another boy over a girl called Tabitha.
  • Like a Son to Me: Views Pat and Pete as if they were his own children.
  • Shipper on Deck: For Betty and Pete.
