Detective Void
- Action Survivor: He has survived encountering SCP-1296 and traversing Unlondon unscathed.
- Alternate Self: The mask discusses alternate versions of Void, including one where he works for the Foundation.
- Ambiguously Human: Whether Void is a Person Of Interest, an SCP himself, or someone merely using an SCP to break into the Foundation to acquire their secrets. He has clarified in Q&A that neither he nor his mask are SCPs. Now the question is whether the entity that he's unaware is sharing his body is inside him, or is inside his mask.
- Conspiracy Theorist: Void doesn't just read the articles verbatim, but includes his own speculations about the nature of the SCP's he discusses.
- The Faceless: He's always seen wearing a blank, black mask with glowing holes for his eyes Though the glow might be coming from his eyes, not the mask.
- Fugitive Arc: He has mentioned a few times that the Foundation is after him.
- Given Name Reveal: In the Q&A his sister revealed his actual name was Simon.
- I Work Alone: He has stated that he doesn't work for the Serpent's Hand or any such group.
- Mad Scientist: He admits that if he ever got his hands on SCP-500, he'd let himself be infected by the zombie plague, than cure himself so he could write about his experience.
- Obfuscating Stupidity: A common tactic of his in evading the Foundation is to feign ignorance about SCPs.
- Reality Warper: As shown in the music video, he is shown to have the ability to turn weapons into toys. It is apparently due to the mask.
- Slasher Smile: The eyes aren't the only thing that lights up on the mask, as it will occasionally form a massive glowing quarter moon grin. Though apparently only when the anomaly that aids him in eluding the foundation takes over.
