The Atoner: All of Class 77 try to make up for what they did when they were the Remnants of Despair.
The Exile: After taking the blame for the Final Killing Game, the former Remnants were willing to stay on Jabberwock Island for the rest of their lives. Eventually, they were pardoned and, with the exception of Teruteru and Ryota, all left the island.
The Pardon: Thanks to Makoto, all of Class 77 were given pardons for their crimes as Remnants of Despair.

Self-Applied Nickname: She calls herself the Ultimate Inventor, despite the fact that there are no longer any Ultimates.
Sleeping Their Way to the Top: She attempts to do this in her interview with Makoto, despite the fact that he's married. This gets interrupted by Kyoko walking in and later chewing her out in her office.

Kazuichi Iruma

The former Ultimate Mechanic and Hope's Peak Academy's Chief Engineer.

Broken Pedestal: He greatly admired Miu for her inventions and her intelligence, even fanboying over her when they first met in "The Ultimate Inventor Meets the Ultimate Mechanic!". It's only when seeing her more perverse and boisterous personality does he become disillusioned with her.
Kazuichi: (thinking) Man, I can’t believe I admired this girl! She gives Teruteru a run for his money!

K1-B0 (Keebo)

Miu and Kazuichi's invention and "son".

Expy: In an Enforced In-Universe example, Keebo was designed by Miu to look like Makoto. He's even given the title of "Ultimate Hope Robot", matching Makoto's "Ultimate Hope" title, and an ahoge similar to Makoto's and Hajime's.
Hope Bringer: One of his main functions is to, like Makoto, be a source of hope and to never fall to despair.
Related in the Adaptation: In the game, him and Miu aren't related and are just friends. Here, Miu invented him and considers him her son.
