Minami has had memories of Veronica's life from a very young age. He spoke out about them once in elementary school which left him ostracized and mocked for years afterward. It wasn't until he reached high school that he was able to shed the reputation of a delusional otaku, thanks to escaping most of the people who knew of his claims.

Haruko Takao

Takao is a fairly normal young woman, though with a low-key personality. She first met Minami when they started high school, and almost before she knew it fell in love with him. When he soon asked her out, she immediately agreed. Unfortunately, before the two could even have a real first date, she and many others in the class started remembering their past lives, complicating everything.

• Bodyguard Crush: Her lingering sense of duty from Rida has made Takao more dedicated to Minami than she already was, and she struggles for a time with the question of "why" she stays by his side - whether for that duty, out of love, or something else.
• Reincarnation: Rida Razarasare, Veronica's bodyguard.
• The Stoic: Takao is naturally very reserved, and combined with Rida's professionalism she borders on Emotionless Girl at times. A popular and friendly classmate. She's the reincarnation of Bart Verbania. Except not really. She's actually Glen Schreiber.

Upbeat and optimistic girl.
