As to be expected from a mod this high-quality, pretty much every song fits on this page. The entire OST can be heard here, but going down the list...

  • "Sadness" brings the mod to a wonderfully depressing start with its slow pace and morose instrumental, before ending with a sudden frenzy of notes from Smiler to hint at what he's holding back.
  • "Rage", while short, ups the tempo dramatically and sets the mood for the intensity yet to come.
  • "Incident", as the former grand finale to the mod's first week, is a climactic ending that only gets better when connected to its gameplay visuals.
  • "Redemption" goes back down to a speed similar to "Sadness", but this time gives off a feeling of comforting hope that could make anyone smile a little.
  • "Pteromerhanophobia" has a spine-chillingly foreboding aura leading up to the epic moment of Stairway flying, complete with its accompanying speed-up.
  • "Paedophobia" is a bit more lighthearted, befitting JJ's nature while retaining an ominous feeling behind it.
  • "Technophobia", as the fastest song in the mod, goes whole-hog on the "banger" end of the spectrum.
  • "Glossophobia" closely emulates a professional piano performance and does so beautifully, even ending with a quiet solo to signal his defeat.
  • "Dystychiphobia" forgoes the higher tempos of the last few songs for a chill, bass-heavy track that slowly begins to evolve in intensity as it goes on.
  • "Thanatophobia" is not only a dramatic song that carries with it elements of Boyfriend's despair and Girlfriend's Battle in the Center of the Mind, but also brings Girlfriend's much more soothing voice to the table.
  • "Athazagoraphobia", with Legion's voice being so powerful it shakes and distorts the screen slightly with every note, the constant ominous atmosphere and oppressive noise of the whole song, and the Ethereal Choir in the background, really hammers in Legion's godhood and that Boyfriend is fighting a hopeless battle.
  • "My Dear Love", even though it's rather short, still does a great job hitting the player right in the feels, especially when you're aware of all the other mods and know everything Boyfriend and Girlfriend have been through together in both this mod and many, many more.
  • "大好き" is a relaxing lo-fi duet that provides the perfect relief from the madness of the story and caps it off on a beautiful happy ending.
  • "Your Mom" is a humongous shift from the intensity of the other songs, but it's no less catchy in spite of this.
  • Even the tutorial has been turned into a banger in the form of "Philophobia".
  • Special attention goes to a cutscene track: せかいのおわり と すべて の いきもと (roughly translating to "The End of the World and All Living Things"). This is the track to which Legion finally becomes a god and formally introduces himself, and it sounds like an epic RPG final boss theme.
