With four weeks' worth of music to provide and more on the way, it's a good thing Martian Mixtape has some very talented music creators on its team.
- Week 1:
- "Probed" is a highly fitting embodiment of Xigmund's extraterrestrial nature with an unusual sort of feel, and also includes a cheery jingle for a few seconds when Xigmund's probe activates.
- "Lazerz" is catchy as all hell and features some nice-sounding duet parts between Boyfriend and Xigmund.
- "Brainfuck" picks up the pace significantly and has a techno aura that wouldn't sound out of place in a chase scene.
- While the version in the week itself ends abruptly due to Xigmund red-braining himself, the full version of "Annihilation" available in Freeplay displays that the devs didn't drop the ball on this at all, even when it came to this one-off joke.
- Week 2:
- "Confidential" is a surprisingly calming introduction featuring one of Newgrounds' most famous Mooks.
- "Aegis" is a more upbeat song, with Agent Sprinkles' deep and intimidating voice adding to its catchiness.
- "Crack" is even more upbeat, with familiar samples and a catchy tune that sounds that fits the hacking nature of Agent Cuddles.
- "Enforcement" is a fast-paced and intense song to end off the week, whilst also being short yet sweet.
- Week 3:
- "Marrow" is the player's introduction to Xigbones, and with it comes an upbeat xylophone tune reminiscent of the famous "Spooky Scary Skeletons".
- "Pelvic", random as it may be, is a track so groovy not even the background skeletons can resist dancing.
- "Spinal Tap" has the epic, final feeling expected of your last encounter with Xigmund with a rapid pace that ends on the sound of a UFO taking him back from Earth.
- Week 4:
- "Tinfoil" has a quirky, kind of awkward rhythm embodying an interview with the typical Conspiracy Theorist that is Harold.
- "Jitter" is frantic, energetic, and absolutely rapid; perfect for a song coming from a coffee high.
- "Exclusion Zone" beautifully combines the energy of Harold's previous two songs, mixing the simple, yet enjoyable tone of "Tinfoil" with pure manic speed once he gets back on his coffee.
