- Fall Out Boy's "My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark", which played in the first trailer.
- Greek Fire's "Top of the World", which was used in the second trailer.
- The film's theme song "Immortals", also courtesy of Fall Out Boy. It's all cool, but the second verse is even a little dark.Sometimes the only payoff for having any faith,
Is when it's tested again and again, every day,
I'm still comparing your past, to my future,
It might be your wound, but they're- they're my sutures... - The Japanese version uses the English version of Ai's "Story" as the ending theme. It really fits well with Hiro and Baymax's relationship.
- The whole original score counts, but particular standouts include "Hiro Hamada", "Microbots", "Huggable Detective", "Upgrades", "First Flight", "Silent Sparrow", "Big Hero 6", and "I Am Satisfied With My Care".
- Also from the OST, Nerd School, which captures the vibe of science and technology at its best.
- Family Reunion. Just.... god.
- The beginning of Survivor's One-Hit Wonder "Eye of the Tiger" is briefly sampled, then, to the viewer's surprise, abruptly ends. Doubles as a Funny Moment given the context it's used in.
- Fred's improvised team theme song. It comes out of nowhere and it is the only song in the movie sung by one of the characters.
