• Trisha managing to keep a level head and raise her two children without the support of her husband and during a genocide of her people!
• Edward protecting Roy from Scar's wrath and managing to talk Scar down!
• Edward calling Havoc, Fuery and Breda out on their racism and revealing his heritage despite fearing for years that he and Al would be killed for it.
• Ed having the capacity to forgive Roy for Ishval despite having every reason not to.
  Hatred has never done him much good. The best and worst things he's done, he's done for love, and he clings too hard to his name to toss it aside like Scar has.
